The bachelor thesis focuses on the topic of the organic food market in the Czech Republic and its related fields. The beginning of the thesis is about organic agriculture. There are mentioned some legislative regulations, main principles and goals of organic farming, crop production and animal breeding principles or some pros and cons regarding this type of farming. The end of this chapter focuses on organic agriculture development, conditions and national support in the Czech Republic. The following part describes organic food including production, Czech control system and ways of labeling. Attention is also given to a comparison between organic and conventional food. The most important part is the last chapter focused on the organic food market in the Czech Republic. It simply describes the market development, consumers' awareness level, their attitude to organic food, supply and demand situation, ways of sale and some support measures. At the end of the thesis, there is an estimation of a possible future progress.
Tourism and its sales form

This diploma thesis deals with a research carried out at Prague travel agencies using the Mystery shopping method and the follow-up evaluation and recommendation of a suitable form of selling in a respective region. The aim of the work is to evaluate the travel agencies from the point of view of the quality of the offered products, provided services, the agents´knowledge and the general interaction with them. The theoretic part consists of chapters that explain the key concepts and definitions of tourism and their forms of selling. In the methodical part the Mystery shopping method is discribed from the point of view of the historiy and evaluation of the work including the research period. The practical part is dedicated to the analysis of the data obtained during the Mystery shopping realized at travel agencies and includes three parts. The first research has the form of an online require in which the agents´ability of offering and follow-up selling of a product is evaluated. This research is carried out through the email communication. The second research concerns ordering tours on web portal where the agents´willingness to arrange further services for a tour is evaluated. This research is carried out through the phone communication. The third Mystery shopping research is realized personally at individual travel agents offices and the agent´s direct communication and dealing with the customer as well as his professionality are evaluated.
Simulation model of a retail store

In this work are summarized the theoretical basis of retail and simulation models usable as decision making support in the management of retail units. There are described the specifics of retail and specifics of retail units in terms of their classification and basic theoretical foundations for the creation of simulation models. The work also describes the default multi-agent simulation model created by the leader of this work,. Ing. Viktor Vojtko, Ph.D., on which this work builds. Then work describes creation of case studies using multi-agent simulation model, including the calibration process of models for these case studies. General methodology of creating case studies is described in next part of the work. Then the created methodology is varified by scenarios and the last part describes proposals for further editing of simulation model.
Changes in buying behavior of consumers in the selected region

The aim of this thesis is to determine whether there has been a change in buying behavior of customers over the previous two years, when a similar research was done within my bachelor's work done. This thesis is divided into 3 parts. The first part concerns the theoretical description of the decision-making process of customers, defining the types of retail sales and also deals with private-brand and organic food. The second part is devoted to the development of the Czech retail market in the past few years, the current situation on the Czech market and outlines possible future developments. The third section includes a detailed description of the shopping opportunities in the district of Tabor and an evaluation of my research, that was realised on basis of the questionnaire confrontation of obtained results with the data from previous research. The whole thesis is finished by evaluation and summary of the results which have been identified in carried out research. There are suggestions at the end where the observed results could be applied directly in practice.
Specific Features of Logistics Chains Related to Garments' Distribution and Sale

Práce hodnotí stav distribuce oděvní konfekce a potenciál opatřování zdrojů v zemích s levnými vstupy. Ještě nikdy nebylo spektrum nabídky oděvního průmyslu tak široké a střídání módních vln tak časté. Nároky na kvalitu logistického řetězce rostou a delegování odpovědnosti za jeho řízení je v současné době běžné. Práce mapuje uspořádání distribučních cest a popisuje procesy a služby, se kterými se zboží pří své cestě za konečným zákazníkem setká. Na příkladu konkrétního poskytovatele logistických služeb je provedena analýza, která ukazuje posílení postavení tohoto článku v rámci logistického řetězce.
