Effect of agricultural machinery on species composition and harvest quality of fodder biomass
MAREK, Martin
The bachelor´s thesis deal with the utilization of permanent grasslands in a selected company. One of the goals of this thesis was to compare haymakers in terms of losses, quality of hay and quality of the row. The parameters of individual types of ha-ymakers were also evaluated. Other evaluated indicators included the height of the stubble and the quality of the cut using a disc rotary cutter used in the company. The individual agrotechnical inputs were briefly described and possible improvement pro-posals were described. The work also deals with yields and the botanical composition of individual species on selected plots. The representation of individual grasses, herbs and legumes was determined for each plot. The work also characterizes individual mechanization means and their influence on the botanical composition of swards. The settings of the machines used for haymaking are described to ensure the highest pos-sible quality of hay.
Design of Self-Propelled Mower
Zapletálek, Martin ; Paliatka, Peter (referee) ; Zvonek, Miroslav (advisor)
This thesis deals with the analysis and design OF self-propelled mower on the grass. The machine is designed for cutting fodder, and their subsequent treatment. Focusing on the vast scope and great hourly output. The design emphasis is on compliance ergonomic rules, easy maintenance and functionality of the machine. For a very innovative features can be seen ejecting the cab, crop spacing on the sides, drive hydraulic cutter bars. In particular, the location of the cabin and boarding colors and folding machine cutter bars during transport. The machine was created to perfect performance, operator comfort, performance focused on large cysts and fluid design.
System for measurement of aerobic stability of forage
Synek, Josef ; Sekora, Jiří (referee) ; Harabiš, Vratislav (advisor)
Aerobic stability is a term which nutritionists use to define the length of time that forage remains stabil and don‘t degrade. Once fermentation is completed and the forage is exposed to air during feeding or during storage (leaky silos, poor packaging) increases the temperature of the forage initiated by yeasts or lesser extent by the action of some bacterias. This temperature is measured using temperature sensors and it is compared with the ambient temperature of the surroundings. Aerobic stability is given as the time, for which the forage temperature rises by 3°C above ambient temperature.
Management výroby kvalitního sena
Filipi, Eduard
This bachelor's thesis describes in the first part the influence of feeding high-quality hay on the productivity and health status of livestock. It is not surprising that high-quality hay is a suitable component of animal feed, and its use can have interesting economic results for the farm, as it has a positive effect on the production properties and health of animals. In the next part of the thesis, the history of hay production is described, taking into account the current state of hay production in the Czech Republic. The main part introduces factors influencing the resulting quality of hay and the technological process of producing high-quality hay. The following chapters describe the advantages and disadvantages of preservatives used during the harvest of hay with higher moisture content. Special attention is paid to methods of drying hay with cold and heat-treated air in haylofts. Finally, an experiment is proposed and described that compares three samples of hay with different chemical treatments.
Porovnání shrnovačů píce Pöttinger TOP 342 a Krone Swadro TC 640
VOKÁČ, Martin
The diploma thesis is focused on the decision-making process when purchasing a new rake related to the size of the company. The decision process is between the machines Krone Swadro TC 640 and Pöttinger TOP 342. The work will compare factors related to surface performance, fuel consumption and economic aspects. The decision-making process will be simulated for five types of businesses with areas of 21.33, 100, 200, 500 and 2,000 hectares, from which the costs of 1 ton od materiál will be calculate.
Konstrukční návrh 3D modelu obraceče píce pro výuku zemědělských předmětů
TOTH, Jakub
The thesis deals with the creation of a 3D model of a forage tedder, which can be used as a learning tool in teaching agricultural subjects. The model was inspired and created according to the model of a real forage tedder type SO 160. The student version of CAD program SolidWorks 2021 was used to create the 3D model. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the issue of forage crops, including their distribution, harvesting conditions and harvesting procedures. The second chapter is then focused on forage tedders, where the different types are described. At the end of the first part of the thesis, CAD systems, their history and distribution are discussed and some selected types of CAD software are described. The practical part focuses on the creation and construction of a 3D model and the work procedure for creating the individual components together with their description.
Porovnání žacích strojů ŽTR Pelhřimov 164 a Krone R320
VOKÁČ, Martin
This bachelor´s thesis deals with a comparison of two selected mowers ŽTR Pelhřimov 164 and Krone EasyCut R320 designed for harvesting permanent grassland. The main factors that will be assessed in this work include the economic side, performance and fuel consumption. The comparison will be simulated on three types of farms with an area of 21,3, 170 and 1 700 hectares. The resulting costs associated with mowing will then be converted to 1 tonne of mass.
Porovnání senážních linek s řezačkami Claas a John Deere
VÁJA, Petr
This work will try to compare lines for forage harvesting for silage, in two farms with a focus on production focus and production method of harvesting. The main value will be calculated in performance, fuel consumption and financial costs of individual work operations. All costs will be converted to 1 tonne of mass. Samples and proven subsequent analysis of the components will be taken from the final product.
Posouzení faktorů ovlivňujících koncentraci prachových částic při sklizni píce
MACH, Milan
This diploma thesis deals with the concentration of dust particles during harvesting of forage, namely hay, straw and fed forage. The measurements were always carried out on another land in the Vysočina Region. DUST TRAK II 8530 instrument was used to measure dust concentration. Each measurement was performed for ten minutes.
Stroje pro sklizeň píce: příprava výukových materiálů
ZUKAL, Martin
This bacalar thesis provides an overview of forage harvesting machines. The thesis is divided into chapters according to individual types of machines and provides a view of their agrotechnical requirements, partition, description of basic carried out operations and description of their basic work. The bacalar thesis should serve as supplementary teaching text for students of the Department of Agricultural, transport and handling Technology of the Faculty of agriculture of South Bohemian University. Information and parameters are found in the technical literature on agricultural machinery, promotional materials and websites of manufacturers and vendors of this technique.
