Car insurance from the perspective of broker

This bachelor's thesis demonstrates work of insurance broker as a professional consultant in the issue of insurance for corporate sector. The aim of the thesis is to analyze current state on the Czech car insurance market in situation when insurance companies and insurance brokers have got more obligations than before. In the first part of the text I define theoretical basis of car insurance and describe two of its main products. The next part is dedicated to insurance brokers and likely legislative changes which regulate their activities. The last part consists of detailed analysis of fleet insurance offered by seven largest insurance companies operating on the Czech market. In conclusion, I summarize analyzed findings by description of a trend in development of the car insurance. Using insurance products when doing business in the field of taxi service

This thesis deals with the issues of using insurance products when doing business in the field of taxi service and that namely the liability insurance for damage caused by operating a vehicle, car insurance, fleet insurance and employee liability insurance for damage caused to the employer. The main goal of this thesis is to analyze car insurance with respect to the operation of taxi service and to create an insurance program for a selected company. In the general part are defined the basic characteristics of the above mentioned insurance products and their specifics when taxi service is concerned. Part of the work is also formed by a comparison of several offers for employee liability insurance based on a model example and evaluation of two offers for fleet insurance for a particular company.
