The aim of this thesis is to describe the process of land adjusting in the Czech Republic; this precedes a mention about the history of land adjustments, and above all the aim is to present this process in Bavaria. The focus is placed on the figure of the stakeholder, as well as on who is in charge and what are the forms and financing of the adjustments and consequently their mutual comparison.
