The subject of this thesis is the financial assessment of ownership and rental housing in the country. The theoretical part focuses on the standard living, cash flow planning for household, Czech housing fund and the most attention is paid to the possibilities of financing of own housing. These are mainly mortgage and building savings. In the practical part are applied previous knowledge to the specific case of renting an apartment and buying a flat. Different financing alternatives own housing are also made. Financial efficiency of rent an apartment and own apartment is compared in the long term.

The bachelor thesis deals with and explains the basic concepts concerning the financing of living. The aim of this work is to introduce specific kinds, sources and procedures of financing of living and their applicability within a particular project. The first part describes residential resources in the Czech Republic based on the outcome of the Censuses of Population and Housing 2011. The second part is focused on the description and functioning of a mortgage and building saving. The third practical part deals with the application of existing financing products within a particular example.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is analysis of the problem of housing financing. The theoretical part deals with the housing market in the Czech Republic on a general level. It also deals with the family budget and the analysis of financing possibilities, especially mortgage loan and building savings loan. The relevant question here is the comparison of advantages and disadvantages of renting and buying an apartment. The practical part illustrates the concrete application of the information obtained in theoretical part on the model case. Primarily, in the decision-making analysis, the choice between purchasing an apartment with subsequent possible sale and rental housing with a short-term and long-term perspective is addressed.

This thesis deals with forms and ways in which housing can be financed. The aim of the thesis is to obtain information about the opportunities that are offered to finance housing and their subsequent application. The first part is theoretical. There is presented the state of housing stock based on the final results of population and housing census from 2011. This is followed by a description of building saving - especially its phases, possibilities of granting loans, use of funds and state aid. Furthermore description of mortgage loans - possibilities of using, their types and conditions for the acquisition. At the end of this section there are listed programs of the State Housing Development Fund. The second part is practical and previous findings are applied to the specific case of buying an apartment into ownership and also recommendation of appropriate options for financing the purchase.

Signification of Public Auctions on the Financing of Living

Public auctions are one way of public negotiation, which leads to transition of property right or another right to the auction subject. All the process is based on the proposer's proposal. This act often becomes a reason of unpaid debts arose during the financing of living throught mortgage. In this case the mortgage proposer is the bank, which offers this mortgage. This bachelor thesis is trying to define relation between the financing of living and public auctions, how they are connected and where the trend works independently on each other. There are included neither theoretic processing of public auction nor process of auction in use. This thesis doesn't handle all the detailes of public auction, but only targets involuntary auction and the reasons of financial restutition from debtor's side. Involuntary auctions become very important part of market with living even in this critical economical situation.
