The property is set on gently sloping ground with a gradient from northeast to southwest. The floor plan of the house is a simple rectangular shape with a partially protruding section. The building is founded on a strip foundation, and the vertical perimeter structures are designed using the Porotherm system with a contact insulation system. Horizontal structures are designed as monolithic reinforced concrete. The individual floors are connected by a monolithic reinforced concrete two-arm staircase.
