Communication in chosen company

The aim of my bachelor work is to analyze communication in a chosen company and suggest possible changes to improve it. Literary research explain communication in general and then it focuses on the communication with the customers. Practical part was based on questionnaire, which tries to find out how customer perceive communication with the chosen company and how company perceive communication with customers. This research was done in a company STN-ESOX spol. s r.o.
