This thesis focuses on the way of inhabitants registration in the Czech Republic according to the Act no. 133/2000 Coll., Resident register Law and on institutes associated with the inhabitants register. The main goal of this thesis is to explain the issues of inhabitants registration, the statutory provisions and the history of the registration of inhabitants in the Czech lands. Another aim is to clarify the terms official address, register office, why and by virtue of is this institute granted to citizens. This thesis will also focus on issues that are connected to institute of official address in connection with the delivery of civil or administrative proceedings. In the practical part there will be evaluated questionnaires which were sent to authorities of municipalities with extended powers in Ustecky Region, Central Region and in Prague. In the end of the thesis there are suggestions for possible changes in connection with the submitted draft amendment to the Resident registry Law.

UI Specification aplication for shift records.

The purpose of this bachelor thesis is to create a UI Specification of a design for a shift planning application which also keeps records of shifts. The user interface of this application is particularly designed for managers and for their employees.
The first part of this thesis outlines the theory regarding a development of the user interface and the UI Specification. Moreover, this part depicts students experiences of shift planning in various job positions.
The second part of this work describes the process of developing the UI specification, especially, the motivation, goals and personals. Furthermore, various application designs are analysed regarding the use cases and scripts of each solution. Finally, the testing of the most suitable design is depicted and evaluated.
The concluding part of this thesis consists of an evaluation of the whole thesis and the final summary.

Economic impacts of reorganization file and archiving service at the Ministry of Defence of the Czech Republic

Bachelor thesis deals with an analysis, evaluation of results and problem of management development file and archive services within the Ministry of Defence (MoD) in continuous reorganization conditions of the service at the beginning of the gradual implementation of the electronic systems supporting processes depending on the project of government computerization of the Czech Republic. It summarizes various stages of the history and continuing evolution of that particular service within the MoD. It also reflects current implementation projects which have impact to document life cycle and compares economic aspects and impacts of implemented activities connected to computerization and automatization. Bachelor thesis recapitulates the actual legislative conditions in area of records service with focus to the registration of the particular documents in various categories within the MoD, including the final forwarding of documents to the administrative archive of the MoD.
The next part of bachelor thesis describes the development of archival service, organization of archives and execution of public administration in the area of the archival service in the Czech Republic as well as it describes the structure and position of MoD archives, its composition, powers and actual changes facing the archive computerization.
Conclusion assesses the economic impacts and troubleshooting management and development of files and archive services within the MoD. This part uses exact economic indicators comparing formal and current method to secure document lifecycle and points out the pros and cons of current processes set by current legislation.

Records of stocks in the acquisition phase and phase output to consumption in the books chosen economic operator

This bachelor thesis focuses on stock accounting records in the phase of purchasing and releasing in a certain company. This thesis is divided to theoretical and practical part. Stocks are important for manufacturing companies. The theoretical part describes demarcation of stock and its basic separation, different methods of stock evaluation during the purchasing and releasing, methods of stock accounting, stocks of own production, accounting transactions at the end of the accounting period, discounts on purchased stocks and stock management. The aim of this thesis is to perform a practical application of stock evaluation based on the previous theoretical knowledge. The practical part firstly describes a specific company which was chosen for the study. This company is HELUZ brick industry v. o. s.. The practical part presents a comparison of methods of stock evaluation during the releasing based on the accounting records received from the company. The methods of stock evaluation used in thesis are: weighted arithmetic average, FIFO and LIFO. On the first place in rating is FIFO, the second is weighted arithmetic average and the last is LIFO. Based on ratind I can reccomend method FIFO as the best for the company.

Vzácné dřeviny zámeckých zahrad

This thesis deals with rare trees of castle parks in Zlín region. The work defines the basic terms which are connected with rare trees. It charakterizes the selected region and selected parks. This work is also solving appropriate and effective national legislation meaning possible protection, care and support to improve the current state of these elements and objects. It endeavour to highlight the specifics and problems of individual objects and selected rare trees. The work is focused on the evaluation and registration of rare trees. In the region is selected 21 castle parks where is done field research. It is recorded parameters of 55 rare trees and evaluate their condition. The results of this thesis show that in the castle parks of Zlín region many rare trees is found and care for them is necessary.

This bachelor’s thesis deals with evaluation and design of a website, where will also be designed information website system (further IS). It will have a form of a calendar and it should help the firm to better time planning, organization of work, guidance of employees and echo checking of information. In IS there will be modules for evidence of workers, customers, orders, services, costs and particular jobs. IS design will be like that so there is an opportunity to add extending modules.

The content of this thesis is focused on information system for the registration of the parking cards for town Uherský Brod. The thesis contains the overall assessment of existing information system (thereinafter IS) and a current situation of IT technologies at the municipal office. The main part of the thesis is proposal and subsequent creation of broader program unit IS. After the accomplishment of this thesis it will be possible to implement newly designed system into the existing IS of municipal office.

Based on the detailed study of the situation in the company, the processing of the application for the company intranet is proposed as the best solution. This application enables recording all inbox, watching mail processing, searching, and printing of schemes according to various criteria.
