Electronization of public administration at the level of fundamental territorial self-governing units - the Kladno district

The presented diploma thesis deals with the electronization of public administration at the level of basic territorial self-governing units in Kladno district. The thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis gives a comprehensive overview of the development of the electronization of public administration in the independent Czech Republic from the beginning of the 1990s of the 20th century, with an emphasis especially on the changes that took place from the year 2008 (the adoption of the "eGovernment Act") to the present day. This work reflects the definition and the most current legislation, the goal of which is the gradual expansion of electronization and digitization of all levels of public administration. In the practical part of the thesis, attention is paid to the current state of electronization in selected basic territorial self-governing units in the Kladno district. The research is focused specifically on the analysis of the performance of file service in the context of eGovernment and the level of services provided in the Zlonice and Vraný townships, and at the same time on the comparison of different forms of performance of the file service in the townships mentioned above.
