The effect of immigration on the economy of the Czech Republic

This bachelor thesis is focused on the impact of migration on the economy of the Czech Republic. The aim of this thesis is to provide the reader with basic theories on migration, accompanied by statistical data, to help the reader create his own opinion about the effect of immigration on the economy of the Czech Republic. Another aim of this thesis is to estimate the effect of immigration on the czech labour market and to suggest some improvements for the czech immigration policy.
The Impact of Financial and Economic Crisis on Czech Economy

The bachelor thesis focuses on development of financial and economic crisis and its impact on economy of the Czech Republic. It is divided into three main parts. The first part consists of description of beginning of the depression in the United States, its expansion into financial sector and transformation into economic crisis. The second part analyses the crisis process in the Czech Republic. This part examines develompent of czech economy before and during depression. The final part focuses on measures against crisis proposed and accepted by the government.
Economic relations between the Czech Republic and the United Kingdom

This bachelor thesis is focused on classification of reciprocal economic relations between the Czech Republic and the United Kingdom. The aim of this thesis is to uncover, what are the relations like and what is their significance in the context of the foreign trade of both respective countries. In this case, trade in goods and services as well as mutual flows of foreign direct investments have been the subjects of investigation. Apparently, the reciprocal relations, despite not acquiring a major share in overall foreign economic activities of these countries, play an important role in economic happening. Currently, trade in goods is the one, which is achieving the biggest success. Also British foreign direct investments in the Czech Republic are reaching relatively high values (at least compared to Czech investments in the United Kingdom), however, the mutual trade in services is the one, which could have a substantive perspective into the future.
