The thesis deals with analysis of the role of student organizations (SO) at the economic faculties of public universities. The work explores the environment in which student organizations operate. The survey includes four interest groups (representatives of the SO, representatives of faculties and universities, students and representatives of companies). Based on quantitative and qualitative analysis, recommendations are made for universities and their economics faculties.
