The Bachelor thesis deals with the topic of education for employees in an organization. It is divided into two parts -- theoretical and analytical. The theoretical part is focused on the characteristics of training and development in the organization and the education system. The four phases of the basic cycle of systematic training in an organization are also characterised in this part. The second, system level focuses on the analysis of the four phases of education in the company XY, with all their attributes.
