The topic of the Master's thesis is focusing on the quality management systems in connection with the competition ability of the company or with the impact to increasing ability to compete. Currently one of the main targets of almost every company is a competition fight. One of the ways to be able to compete is a quality of the provided services eventually quality of sold goods. Existence of the quality management system, which is implemented and maintained, is practically a big necessity for the nowadays companies that want to win this fight.

Quality Management in the Company XYZ

This master´s thesis is focused on efficient control of quality economy in an international company operating in the Czech Republic. It relates to standard and modern concept of quality economy management and theoretical basis of cost management related to quality. The purpose of this thesis is to define, choose and implement the best model of monitoring quality related costs. As a part of the implementation phase of the chosen model, project plan including risk analyses which belongs to individual project's phases will be created, cost related actions defined and in the next phase evaluated and optimized.

First, the system of quality management is described theoretically and this knowledge is then utilized to evaluate the selected company. Accordingly, measures for further improvement are proposed concerning new product development, application of specific methods and exploration of customers? satisfaction.
