Manufacture of a fork for automatic tool changing of CNC machines

This bachelor's thesis deals with the manufacturing of tool change forks from the tool magazine of Mikron 1150U. By this method several pieces would be produced for Chotěbořské strojírny a.s. due to save money. At first fork would be introduced and economic point of view, then this thesis would be focus to production of a 3D model,compilation of a technological procedure and manufacturing trial piece. Manufactruing is made by 3-axis machining centre Mikron VCP800. In the end the trial part would be checked and evaluated.

Method and economy of waste heat utilization at selected biogas plants

The thesis is focused on economy and different ways how to use the waste heat which is created during combustion of biogas in cogeneration units. The utilization of residual heat enables to significantly increase the energetic efficiency of existing and newly built biogas stations. There is the description of the biogas station in Třeboň, Pleše and Kardašova Řečice and the technical and economic analysis of utilization of biogas in the place of heat consumption. These biogas stations have different methods how to use the waste heat. In Třeboň, there is this method: made biogas is transported by gas pipeline to the place where it is used. By contrast, the heat is used in the place where is created, but the heat is used for different purposes in Pleše and in Kardašova Řečice.

?Utilization of waste heat from biogas stations? The thesis is focused on problems of utilization of waste heat which is created during combustion of biogas in cogeneration units. The utilization of residual heat enables to significantly increase the energetic efficiency of existing and newly built biogas stations. There is the description of the biogas station in Třebon and the technical and economic analysis of solutions to the physical separation of production and utilization of biogas in the place of heat consumption. This case, where the produced biogas is transported by a gas pipeline to the newly built space for heat consumption, is one of the prospective solutions how to use the available heat from biogas stations.
