The project as well as the addenda are elaborated with regard to contemporary legislature and standards. The family house is situated on a plot of 375/40 in the cadastral Týn u Třebíče. The building has two floors "T" shape without basement. Dimensions of the house are 13,1 x 11,1 m. The roof of the house is designed flat roof. The building is designed from the system Porotherm. The base structure consists of a plain concrete C16/20 and concrete base slab thickness of 150 mm is reinforced by kari´s netting 100/100/6 mm. The enclosed seminar´s thesis deals with the flat roofs.
