Using Children's Literature as a Basis for the Dramatic and Educational Process in Nursery Schools

The Framework Education Programme for Preschool Education is a legislative curriculum document which establishes the basic requirements for the state preschool education. The educational objectives and requirements are binding for the teachers. However, the way in which those objectives and requirements are met, is fully in the hands of each nursery school. This diploma thesis illustrates one of the possible ways of educating preschool children, namely the dramatic education. The dramatic education is presented here not only as an educational method but also as a style of pedagogical work. This particular style respects individuality and originality of each child with the intention of developing his/her potentials and with the effort to equip the child with necessary social skills. The practical part of the diploma thesis offers insight into the authentic dramatic and educational process which explores topics of human life. During this process, each child goes through a full-fledged personal and social development by means of dramatic activities, which are based on topics of literary text
Drama and its use in kindergartens

This work is dealing with the drama education and its application in preschools. In the present work I am focusing on methods of the drama education, on the method of the improvisation. Further, I am trying to test weather the age of children has any influence on the improvisation and weather all selected methods of the drama education are suitable for all age groups of children in the preschool education. Not least, I am dealing which way is posible in preschools to provide a space for the improvisation. I use the method of participant observation and semistructured interview.

The thesis presents the infuence of folk culture to children education. Theoretical part presents history of relate tradions of folk culture with basic part of folk. There is also summary and description of several traditions, customs and feast through the folk year. The second part devote of tradition folk culture in school education and leisure education in present and in historical changes of schools. Practical part attempts find possibility application of tradition folk culture in dramatic education. Creative project gets acquainted children with history and meaning customs called "Openin the well". Aim of project is motivate members of folk dance group to practise and present of this custom.

My essay is concerned with using of dramatic education and especially dramatic improvisation in nursery schools with preschool-age-childern. There are depicted the most important methods of dramatic education in the theoretical part, I have especially mentioned the improvisation. Whereas the very important circumstances are the psychical and physical development by preschool-age-children, especially their speaking skills. I have mentioned some practical exercises, which can develop a language by preschool-age-children. I describe my remarks to my visiting of nursery school in the practical part. The essay is especially focused on the way on how to deal with children and if there is a posibility of using dramatical education relating to development of children speaking skills.
Possibilities of developing key competences in the educational processes of informal education.

And then it tries to show readily available possibilities of developing key competences right in an informal process.
