The bachelor thesis used a method of the library research for creating an outline dealing with an issue of milk production and dealing with milk. The attention was focused especially on individual kinds of milking parlours, milking equipment and its sanitation, milking process itself, ways of treating and keeping milk after milking. Different kinds of milking parlours were compared and a summarising evaluation was performed on the basis of this comparison. It was revealed that for the breeders, robotic milking technology is useful because of a limited number of the labour force.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the distribution of milk by its stage of lactation, that is immature milk or colostrum and mature milk. There is distribution by protein type as well. Thesis is focused on dairy cow milk, describing its individual components such as milk fat, proteins, lactose, minerals enzymes and states signs of quality grade of raw milk – physical and chemical properties and means of quality assurance, means of milk production, varieties of milking and types of milking parlors – tandem, her-ringbone, parallel or rotaional. Thesis also describes milk after milking process, inclu-ding purification, filtration, cooling and storage, sanitation of milk technology and its resources and execution. Thesis deals with microclimate and genetics effect, physiolo-gical and illness influence on milk and its individual components as well.
Noise in various types of parlors.

This thesis is focused on the noise in different types of parlors it deals with the measurement of noise in the monitored different types of parlors. For this measurement were selected farms in my area: Zemědělská společnost Slapy a.s., Školní statek Měšice a Zemědělské a obchodní družstvo Podhradí Choustník. This measurement was conducted successively in all three parlors. There was measured the background noise in the waiting rooms and parlors before and during milking. From the measured values were calculated equivalent sound pressure levels and then compared and evaluated monitored parlors in the terms of noise pollution not only on animals but also at operating personnel.
Illumination parlours

The thesis is concerned with measurement of the level of illumination in milking parlours for cows and staff. The theoretical part focuses on light, types of light sources, illumination, welfare of animals, dairy cow breeding, types of milking and kinds of milking parlours. The practical part deals with the characteristics of companies, measured milking parlours and the scheme of each milking parlour. The work includes own measurement of illumination in particular milking parlours. First measurement was made in trigone milking parlour Měcholupské zemědělské a.s. headquartered in Předslav. Second measurement was taken in herringbone milking parlour of Agricultural business cooperative Kolinec in centre Malonice. Third measurement was taken in tandem milking parlour on Karel Macán farm, located in Všeruby at Kdyně. Measured values were processed, compared and evaluated according to ČSN EN 12 464-1 Light and Illumination.
Detectionand assessment of noise loading during milking at milking shed.

The work deals with the measurement of noise exposure on milking Alfa Laval revoling HBR, Agromilk Pelhřimov dovetail - trigon and milking robot Lely Astronaut A3. When measuring , it was found that the best in terms of noise level measurements published in milking robots with the runing of the feed wagon and measuring worst inside the cell with the milking robots.
