Competitions in orienteering sports v Czech Republic in 2014-2016

Name of the thesis: CompetitionsinOrienteeringSports in the Czech Republic in 2014-2016 Objective: The aim of this work is to provide complete information about sport in the field of orienteering, its forms, extent and number of competitors in the Czech Republic between 2014 and 2016. Methods: This work is processed through a literature research. The statistics include only races with more than 50 participants. In the framework of the research, races in these forms of orienteering were sought out: orienteering, mountain bike orienteering, trail orienteering, ski orienteering, rogaining, mountain orienteering, amateur radio direction finding, dogtrekking, adventure race, car orienteering and underwater orienteering. Results: The data found in this work reveal that between the years 2014 and 2016, orienteering sports show rising tendency in the Czech Republic.
