Diplomats in France
Kabuďová, Zuzana ; Trávníčková, Zuzana (advisor) ; Čmakalová, Kateřina (referee)
French diplomacy has a long and rich history; it used to be one of the most important players on the international scene and even in the present it seeks to influence it. The aim of this thesis is to describe how this country by force of the internal legislation regulates the status of its diplomatic agents and how it treats foreign representatives who come here to assume the Foreign Service. It's generally known that France is a country with complicated administrative apparatus, bureaucracy and system of precepts of law. We can suppose that the diplomatic one will be alike and this thesis attempts to overcome these difficulties.
Diplomats in Germany
Pastrňáková, Zuzana ; Trávníčková, Zuzana (advisor) ; Jurásek, Miroslav (referee)
Diplomatic a conuslar law is an integral part of the international law. Its development lasted several centuries. The most sophisticated legal forms of it are two conventions -- the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations and the Vienna Convention on Consular Relations. In my bachelor work I will focus on Germany and the application of the Conventions in practice. I will point at the privileges and immunities of foreign diplomats in Germany and its specifics. I will also write about the German diplomatic and consular staff abroad.
