Valuation of static, antinoise protection, energy saving and safety of construction using is part of the project. Heft of the thesis is designed by AutoCAD software application.

The subject of this thesis is newly built multifunctional building that will be built in Brno. The part of Brno is called Sadová. The building will have five floors above ground and one underground floor. The underground floors will be used for car parking. The first floor will be located several shops. It will be hairdresser, florist's, supermarket and a cafeteria. Between the second and the fifth floor will be dwelling units. There will be 14 dwelling units with an area > 100 m2 and 8 dwelling units with an area

Living house

The aim of my master’s thesis is a project of a new apartment building at a level of the documentation for the structure realization. The thesis contains text, drawings and calculation part. The house is designed as a detached house. Residential house is situated in flat terrain. The building is full basement with four above-ground floor. The house has 16 housing units. The construction system is a combined brick. The structural system of the basement part is made up of permanent shuttering. The floors are of brick blocks HELUZ. In the middle of the building is constructed elevator. The ceiling structure is made of prefabricated prestressed panels Spiroll. The roof consists of single-layer flat roof. The thesis also includes thermal and technical expertise and the calculation of the foundation structure.

New synagogue in Opava

The aim of the thesis was to create an architectural study of the new synagogue in Opava. Similarly to many other towns and cities, the former synagogue was burned during Kristallnacht, the ruins were completely demolished and taken away. Nowadays there are no buildings on the site, except the former Rabbi’s house. Basic idea was in preserving the park character of the site by insertion of a non-arrogant low cuboid volume in the neighbourhood of apartment buildings from the first half of the 20th century. Designed form benefits from the character of the site while humbly avoiding construction on the actual place where the burnt synagogue stood. This creates an elegant, low object, whose two dominant ceiling slabs are filled with glass in between so it preserves a part of the park’s existing transparency and let the interior freely connect with exterior, also thanks to large sliding windows. In the center of the block is situated three sides closed atrium, which surrounds the new synagogue, into whose interior delicate scattered sunlight penetrates through the translucent onyx stone walls.

Municipal Office Olomouc - Hodolany

This diploma thesis deals with the proposal of the municipal office in Olomouc for the part Hodolany. The municipal office is a detached building with indoor and outdoor parking spaces. The building has four floors, one underground and three above ground. In the underground floor there are archives of all departments of the office and the air-conditioning of the building, a large part of the first floor are ga-rage parking, there i salso a Café and a representative hall. On the second floor there is the seat of the office management, building office and transport department. On the top floor you will find the OP-RP-CP cabins, the HR department and the archive with server. A lift and a 3-aisle staircase are used to cennect the individual floors. The building is designed from structural systém of ceramic fittings and part of the foundations of paermanent formwork. The ceilings are assembled from ceramic fittings with reinforced concrete. This ceiling also forms the supporting part of singleskin flat vegetation roofs. The thesis cantains project documentation for construction.

Housing for Seniors

The diploma thesis is elaboration of project documentation of the object Housing for seniors in Brno - Dolní Heršpice. The site is located un the area with the planned development of the city. The object is detached, three-story with a partial basement. The building is divided into five parts. The building is based on concrete foundation pads and strips. The structural construction is a combined column and wall system in technological design as monolithic concrete. The building is designed as a low energy building, with contact insulation (ETICS). The whole building is designed with forced air exchange. An extensive and intensive walkable flat roof is designed. The aim is to create small, barrier-free, community housing with affordable services and support, with a possible life expectancy. Services for the elderly with reduced self-sufficiency and with mild health and mental dysfunctions are considered. The building is equipped with space for accommodation with a capacity of 48 beds, space for eating with a separate kitchen, space for leisure and physical activities, space for basic health and social care and space for administrative and technical facilities. The diploma thesis deals with designing newly built hotel with restaurant in the village Pasohlávky. Hotel is detached building. Hotel is located at parcel no. 3163/364, Mušov territory. This is a two above-ground floor with partial basement building. Supporting, peripheral and partition walls are designed from ceramic blocks POROTHERM in the upper floors of reinforced concrete wall and column. The building is based on foundation slab and strips. Hotel is roofed with a flat roof. In 1.PP is garage. In 1.NP is hotel rooms and restaurant with kitchen. In 2.NP is only hotel rooms.

Block of Flats

Diploma thesis describes the design and processing of project documentation of the apartment building. The apartment building is located in the central part of the city of Brno, in the district of Štýřice. The building has 5 floors. Its basementless with flat roof and it is based on the footings of plain concrete. Load-bearing, peripheral walls and partitions are designed from ceramic blocks POROTHERM. Ceiling construction is designed to be assembled of ceramic ceiling fittings MIAKO built on POT supports. Peripheral walls of all floors are insulated with external thermal insulation composite system ETICS with thermal insulation of mineral wool. In the place of the plinth is wool replaced by XPS polystyrene. In the facade there are anchored wooden lattice constructions using ProPasiv anchors. These constructions are covered by façade cladding sheets CEMBRIT METRO and they devide whole building into separate units. There is housing and communal part of the building. On the first floor there are storage areas, the main service room, utility room and two barrier-free apartments. In the second to the fifth floor there are 9 residential units, one of which is designed as duplex apartment . All floors are connected by staircase and wheelchair lift. Parking for 17 cars is designed in front of the building . Two parking spaces are wheelchair accessible.

Villahouse Kasalka in Humpolec

This diploma thesis deals with the project documentation of villa house Kasalka in Humpolci. The house is situated in the region Highland in the village Humpolec, cadastral territory of Humpolec. The building is designed as a five-story brick building, where the vertical structures are designed from a structural system POROTHERM. The external walls are insulated. The building is covered with three flat roof decks at different heights, two of which are walkable and used as terraces. The building includes Garage for ten cars of type 1a and small establishment an office type.

Warehouse hall with administration

The content of this diploma thesis is the design of a new warehouse hall with administration in the Zetor complex in the Brno – Líšeň district. It is the building thaht is divided into warehouse hall and administrative part. The warehouse hall has one floor and will be used for storage of steel products within the Zetor complex. The administrative part has three floors, where the 1st floor serves as a background for warehouse employees, on the 2nd and 3rd floors there are office space with social facilities. The construction is based on deep foundations on embossed piles. The supporting structure of the building is designed as a prefibricated reinforces concrete skeleton with continuous columns and beams places on the columns. The peripheral shell of the both part sis made of sandwich mineral panels. The supporting structure of the roof of the warehouse hall consists of roof trusses and is made as a flat single-skin. The ceiling construction of the administrative part is made of SPIROLL ceiling panels, the roof of the administration is also made as a flat single-skin.
