Diagnostic methodology of timber construction
Zouharová, Kateřina ; Heřmánková, Věra (referee) ; Anton, Ondřej (advisor)
The thesis is focused on the appraisal of a wooden roof construction in reconstructed family house in the village Lomnice. The first part describes the structure and properties of wood, in the next section followed by a description of diagnostic methods. The final chapter is complete diagnostics of wooden roof truss with remediation measures. Rating roof truss was based on a survey of sensory and instrumental methods. In the first part was determined the type of roof truss system. In the next section was researched damage of elements and his causes. Remedial measures were established for each type of damage to the components resist any attack as long as possible.
Diagnostic methods for the evaluation of the state of timber structures
Dvořáčková, Soňa ; Anton, Ondřej (referee) ; Heřmánková, Věra (advisor)
This Bachelor´s thesis is focused on diagnostics methods which are destructive, semidestructive and non-destructive. Thanks to these methods, we find out features and characteristics of the material. In the thesis, there is performed diagnostic measurement on a wooden beam and comparing of the results from the method of thorn resistance placement and the results from wood strength measured along the grain. At the end of the thesis there are mentioned statistics calculations.
Survey and Diagnostics of Reinforced Concrete Construction
Pokorný, Jakub ; Vítek, Lubomír (referee) ; Anton, Ondřej (advisor)
The thesis Building Investigation and Diagnosis of Reinforced Concrete Structure is focused on analyzing two reinforced concrete bridge structures. It discusses different evaluation surveys and its influence on later evaluation of the bridges. In this thesis there is included static evaluation finding supports at one of reinforced concrete bridges. Practical part is complemented by the necessary theoretical part, which deals with exploring bridges, ways of their implementation, and a summary of the most commonly used diagnostic methods for bridges.
Using the Microscope for diagnostics of Structure of Materials and Fault El. Equipment
Cvak, Jan ; Hájek, Vítězslav (referee) ; Veselka, František (advisor)
The goal of this thesis is to describe the possibility of using a microscope for documentation defects and innovation of electrical machines. I used an electron microscope to document carbon brushes and nanomaterials for possible upgrade of the sliding contact. Use microscopes gives us detailed information about the structure of materials, at the largest stress of the electrical machine. Based on the collected data can be further analyzed and innovation of the carbon brush.
On-line diagnostic monitoring systems for vibration of machines
Cirhanová, Iva ; Prostredník, Daniel (referee) ; Hammer, Miloš (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with diagnostic monitoring systems of machine vibration. First of all, a technical diagnosis with a focus on diagnostic methods, means and diagnostic systems is generally described. Special attention is paid to vibrodiagnostics and termodi-agnostics. In the next part of the thesis there are on-line diagnostic monitoring systems, their parameters and their use in technical practice. Emphasis is placed on systems from SKF, ADASH and ifm electronic. The systems are compared and the economic aspect is briefly outlined. In the bachelor thesis is also evaluated.
Survey and Diagnostics of Building Construction
Moravská, Veronika ; Heřmánková, Věra (referee) ; Anton, Ondřej (advisor)
This thesis deal with survey and diagnostics of industrial building in Chropyne. The theoretical presents to the general issue of building technical surveys, diagnostics reinforced concrete structures and describes methods for diagnosis of reinforced concrete structures. Practical part deals with building survey and diagnostics of the object including static assessment.
Inovation of system for electroluminiscence defect detection of solar cells
Lepík, Pavel ; Křivík, Petr (referee) ; Vaněk, Jiří (advisor)
This master thesis analyses the existing methods both practically and theoretically used to detect defected surface area in solar cells. Various methods were used but by using an upgraded CMOS camera without IR filter to implement the electroluminescence method, this has proven to have a very crucial impact on the results. Given the overall results and the acquired information, a procedure with a simple parameter can be setup to carry out the measurements. In addition to this a catalog was formed showing the defects occurring in mono and polycrystalline solar cells.
Procedure of assessment of the wood state by the wood mechanical resistance measuring within pushing a pin
Daňková, Kateřina ; Anton,, Ondřej (referee) ; Heřmánková, Věra (advisor)
The main aim of the thesis is to gain an overview of diagnostic methods used in surveys of wooden structures, comparing the results of experimental evaluation of state timber using diagnostic methods that are based on measurements of the mechanical resistance of the wood. Detailed constructional - technical survey of the truss of the historic building in Šardice is also the part of this thesis.
Inspection of the implementation of reinforced concrete structures
Juráň, David ; Vymazal, Tomáš (referee) ; Cikrle, Petr (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the control of the implementation of reinforced concrete structures. The theoretical part deals with the issues of this theme. There are presented individual work processes of the implementation of reinforced concrete structures, accesses of valid standards, used diagnostic methods and also inspection and test plans for cast-in-place reinforced concrete structure. The practical part is divided into three chapters. The first chapter applies with the most frequent defects in new reinforced concrete structures and two remaining chapters with the inspection of newly built structures for which arose misgivings about the quality of execution.
Induction Motor Diagnostics With Regard To Maintenance And Reliability
Bulušek, Petr ; Huzlík, Rostislav (referee) ; Veselka, František (advisor)
The thesis Diagnostic of induction motor with regard to its maintenance and reliability aims to be a theoretical preparation and application of online diagnostics. It is trying to map correlations between electromechanical system failures driven by induction motor and output information of the diagnostic method. It mainly focuses on spectrum analysis of stator current which carries information on the induction motor status in the form of characteristic signatures in the spectrum (Motor Current Signature Analysis). The theoretical part deals with the concept of diagnostics and mainly with the operational diagnostics, it classifies and characterises types of induction motor failure and it accordingly processes diagnostic methods. This all is done with regard to the application of the maintenance and inspection of machines in a manufacturing company. The practical part develops methodology and measurement procedure. Several measurements demonstrate, validate and apply the MCSA method. It simulates abnormalities and searches for their correlations in the spectrum stream. First, a motor powered from electric distribution network is measured and then the MCSA method is applied to motors powered from frequency converters.
