The Nuremberg Trial and Czechoslovakia

This bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of the Nuremberg Trial and its con- nection to the history of Czechoslovakia. In the introduction dediated the author on attitudes of particular powers leading to the establishment of the International Military Tribunal and their common negotiations. The author's goal was to make a complex, and if possible objecti- ve, view of the trial, that is why she applied her mind to work of prosecution teams and also work difficulties of the German defense as well. The main part of the thesis regards German aggressive plans against Czechoslovakia and the Czech indictment against former Reich Pro- tector Constantin von Neurath. The author analysed so called Hossbach's Protocol and a plan of the operation Fall Grün ("Plan Green"). The author also focused on a role of the Sudeten German Party in ruining the Czechoslovakian State and on the establishment of the Protecto- rate Bohemia and Moravia. In case of Constantin von Neurath the author focused on partly the Czech indictment and its detailed analysis, partly on Bering Neurath at the Trial and his cross examination. The analysis of charges against next former Reich Protector Wilhelm Frick a his behaving at the Trial follows.
