Over indebtedness of Czech households, its impacts and the ways of its prevention

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of the over-indebtedness of Czech households, its impacts and prevention methods. There are theories of education and consumerist society theories applied as basic theoretical concepts. The thesis analyses the scope and the over- indebtedness ways in the Czech Republic, it describes the causes and the implications of over- indebtedness of households and possibilities or over-indebtedness solution via the form of the debt relief. One of the possibilities how to prevent the over-indebtedness is to increase the financial literacy. The publically political tool used by the state is the financial education within the primary and secondary school systems. There was carried out a research in a particular family struggling with the over-indebtedness within this thesis. There was described the indebtedness origin and the development, the subsequent over-indebtedness and the way how to solve it. It was also described how the education for management of family finances was carried out, what the educational level of the married couple is and what the financial literacy level is. Financial analysis of the company

This bachelor thesis deals with a financial analysis of an industrial company which manufactures plastic and metal components. The thesis is aimed at the objectives and the subject of financial analysis, the source of information for users, users of financial analysis as well as is focused on assessing trends and structures, phases and methods for processing financial analysis. The part of thesis refers to the period 2011 to 2015 and introduces the company Beta Ltd. Further the work elaborates the financial situation of the company, which uses financial statement and annual reports of the company. The financial analysis is applied by indicators and methods of financial analysis. The bachelor thesis summarizes and evaluates all of the results of the financial analysis of the company and elaborates suggestions to improve the financial situation and inefficiency of the company.

The company efficiency and its evaluation

This diploma thesis deals with analysis of the company performance and its evaluation. The analysis was performed in the company ABC Trepka, s. r. o., whose main activities are internal dry construction. The analysis of the company's efficiency was conducted on a base of the ratio indicators. In this thesis is mainly used for parallel indicators, namely: profitability ratios, activity ratios, debt ratios and liquidity indicators. The analysis also includes: bankruptcy and reliability indicators, Du Pont analysis. The results were compared with the recommended values.

Financial Situation Analysis of Building Company

This thesis includes financial situation analysis of the building company UNISTAV for the period 2008-2012. The analysis is based on data contained in the financial statements of the company. This thesis is divided into a theoretical part, where are analysed financial ratios, and a practical part, where these ratios are applied to the data of the company. Company state on the market for the period above is evaluated in the final statement at the end of this thesis.

In the first part of this thesis is defined theoretical knowledge necessary to understanding this issue. In the second part, the financial analysis of the construction company has been made and subsequently, precautions are made to improve the financial and economic situation.

Profit and Loss Account from the Perspective of Hospitals

The aim of this thesis is to carry out an analysis of economic results of Nemocnice Jindřichův Hradec, a. s. and Nemocnice Pelhřimov, p. o. For purposes of the analysis, a choice of value and bankruptcy models along with debt ratios for the period 2009 - 2013 is used. As a part of the analysis, suitable models and indicators are suggested to determine the effectiveness of the hospitals' management. Furthermore, differences of finding economic results of hospitals of different legal forms are evaluated. On this basis, a draft list of entries appearing in the profit and loss of a joint stock company and a contributory organization is compiled. The conclusion of the thesis contains an evaluation of the models, debt ratios, a choice of appropriate indicators, and suggestions for the applicability of the models in the hospital environment.

System of the financial evaluation of a company

This bachelor thesis deals with the company's credit rating system, the Drůbežářský závod Klatovy a.s. It is compared with its most important competitor Vodňanská drůbež a.s. and with the industry. Data to processing financial analysis was taken from company financial statements and financial analysis of the corporate sector, published by the Ministry of Industry and Trade. The first part describes the methods of financial analysis. The second part deals with the financial analysis of the reporting enterprise. It is rated by absolute, differential and relative indicators and system of indicators, the decomposition of a financial indicator and financial health and bankruptcy models. Based on the results is evaluated the financial situation of the chosen company.
