Ecology Wooden Structure House in Krtiny

The aim of my bachelor's thesis is a project of a new detached house on a sloped site at a level of the documentation for the structure realization. The building is partly basement with two above-ground floor. Individual floors up recede and are roofed with half span roof. The building is divided into four sections.The structure system of the basement part is made up of permanet shuttering and the above-groud part is made up of timber frame. The project of the building is in accordance with the development plan of Křtiny and with the current street built. The work puts great emphasis on layout including security of the construction in terms of statics, architecture, energy savings and safety at utilizing the structure.
Energy efficient mountain chalet

Master´s thesis is based on the design of energy efficient huts in the mountain resort Čenkovice . The specified property is currently located existing building mountain rescue . Land is the bigger size , medium steep , overgrown with trees higher . The existing building is of timber construction and is already inadequate to the needs of mountain rescue . The concept of the new HS object is to achieve the lowest power consumption of utility power to operate the building and to endeavor the least possible burden on the environment during construction. The new building is designed largely from natural materials , mostly of wood that form the supporting structure and it is well insulated. The house is rectangular in shape , with 2 floors and galleries. The first floor serves HS , second floor stay for ski school instructors . The rooms are oriented to the southwest side . The building uses solar energy to power and ventilation is forced.

Family house

My bachelor’s thesis project deals with a two-storey detached house with a vegetation roof. The house is designed as a new building with a basement stretching beneath a part of the ground floor. The house is intended for a family of four or five members and it is designed as eco-friendly. As regards its classification according toits energy envelope’sparameters, it falls into category B – very energy-efficient. The ground floor has rooms intended foreveryday life of a family, the first floor (i. e. 2nd above-ground floor) is designed as a rest zone and finally, the basement houses the technical rooms.Vertical structures used for the construction of the basement should be made of lost formwork blocks while the remaining vertical structures are designed to be made using the VAPIS lime-sand masonry system. The exterior building shell is to be insulated with the UDIRECO wood-fibre boards. Horizontal structures are to be made of the POROTHERM system. The staircase is planned to be made of reinforced concrete. The house is to be covered with an extensive green roof. The adjoining garage should have a semi-intensive vegetation rooftop terrace, accessible from the hall on the 1stfloor (i. e. 2nd above-ground floor).

The aim of my master's thesis is a project of a new apartment building on a sloped site at a level of the documentation for the structure realization. The building is partly basement with four above-ground floor. Individual floors up recede and are roofed with flat roofs. The structural system of the basement part is made up of permanent shuttering and the above-ground part is made up wall of cross laminated timber construction panels KLH. The project of the building is in accordance with the development plan of Kopřivnice and with the current street built. The work puts great emphasis on layout including security of the construction in terms of statics, architecture, energy savings and safety at utilizing the structure.
Detached house

The project deals with technical documentation of family house in city of Zlín. The sloping estate is located in a gap between present buildings. The house has square shape and it's construction system is projected from wooden columns most like "two by four" system and is roofed by two rack roofs. The first floor is designed as relaxation zone as well technical background. In the mid-floor are located entrance, hygienic background and kitchen with a dining room. And in the second floor, there are located bedrooms and a bathroom.
Ecological House

The Bachelor thesis is a project of detache house. The house design i a two-storey, wooden bulding with gable roof and with out basement. Layout is 5+KK and is responsible design for family with 4 members. It is the construction of diffusion-close timber, based on strip foundation and pernament formwork. Floor plan is rectangular. Building the entire system is designed by STEICO elements, including STEICO thermal insulation. The advantages of the building are relatively small thickness of external walls with excelent thermal properities and fast process of construction. The house is designed with a view to sustainable construction using modern environmentally friendly materials. The house is situated in the village Křenovice u Slavkova.
Detached house, Sovinec

The aim of my bachelor´s thesis is design of dispositions and structural solution for family house in (municipality) Sovinec at the level of documentation for construction. The object is located on the northern slope. It is two-story detached building with basement. (Layout of basement garage exceeds from the first floor plan and because of this maximally exploit the possibilities of the building parcel). Structural system of the basement consist of stay-in-place formwork. The first and second floor is made of wooden frame construction. The basement is covered with intensive green roof. This roof is supported by prefabriceted reinforced concrete Spiroll panels. The rest of house has pitched roof and loadbearing part of this roof is in form of modern sliding collar. The object architecturally fits into the surrounding landscape and it is designed according to the plan of the municipality Jiříkov.
Low-floor Timber House

Bachelor's thesis is developed on Low-floor timber house. It is processed in the form of design documentation containing all the elements in accordance with applicable regulations. It is a family house with two floors and it is design for 4-5 people. As a support system was chosen large format solid components made of cross laminated timber from Novatop. The house is covered with a three shed roofs. The house is insulated with fiberboard insolations.
Wooden Based Hotel in Mountains

The subject of my thesis is the design of new mountain hotel based on wood, which is located at the top of Little Maple, cadastral area Trinec-Tyra, the city of Trinec, Frydek-Mistek level documentation for construction. The building has a partial basement, with three floors. The supporting system consists of three structural systems. The structural system consists of basement formwork, the first floor is made of ceramic blocks heluz, second and third floor is designed as a timber frame panel. Roof structure is made up of lattice wood trusses and gabled aisle. Proposal mountain hotel respects the territorial plan of Trinec. Furthermore, emphasis is placed on the layout, including ensuring the design to the static, architectural, energy savings and safety in the use of the building.
