Shejbalová, Julie ; Zichová, Barbora (referee) ; Lavický, Miloš (advisor)
The subject of the bachelor thesis is the development of project documentation for the new construction of a residential building at the level of construction implementation. The proposed building is located in the outskirts of the village of Chrudim in the locality Na Špici. The main task was to create a pleasant environment for the inhabitants of the house while respecting the character of the surrounding buildings. The Na Špici locality is sought after for its modern appearance and attractive location. It is a detached U-shaped building with three above-ground and one underground floor. On the underground floor there is a collective garage, cellar and technical background of the apartment building. Only residential units are located on the above-ground floors. Each floor has five residential units of different layouts. The main entrance to the building is from the north-west side through the entrance gate, the entrance to the collective garage is on the opposite side, so as to minimize the noise from car traffic, which would negatively affect the environment of the courtyard with greenery. All the floors are connected by an external staircase and lift with a connection to the external pavements that run through the courtyard and form a communication between the apartments. The structural system is made of aerated concrete blocks in combination with reinforced concrete and sand-lime blocks. The foundation of the building is based on plain concrete footings. The horizontal bearing structures are made of monolithic reinforced concrete slabs and the roofing is designed with extensive vegetation.
