Lacina, Ondřej ; Frič, Pavol (advisor) ; Němcová, Lucie (referee)
The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to describe the mobilization processes of two social movements that arise in response to the current state of the Czech cyberspace. The theoretical part of the work presents the conceptualization of the mobilization processes of social movements. It also builds on the definition of the social movement from the Italian sociologist Mario Diani (1992). Finally, it presents key framing tasks based on framing theory from David A. Snow and Robert D. Benford et al. The methodological part of the work presents an introduction to the research method which is a qualitative content analysis of media documents produced by the movements. The analytical part describes each framing process that was used by the social movements. Keywords: mobilization, social movement, counter-movement, framing analysis, framing processes
