Assessment of the Impact of Internal Construction Changes in Appartments on the Market Value

The thesis analyses the impact of building renovation on the market price of a property. The analysis uses a particular type of property - a flat in a prefabricated house. A database of offered market prices before and after the building renovation was created. The price of the building renovation was made by an itemized budget. The data, which were obtain in this way, were then submitted to s detail analysis and statistical testing. The result of the analysis was to determine whether the cost of the building renovation impacted the market value of the property and whether it was evaluated
Valid Cost Reduction in Tender Offers Price

Master’s thesis “Valid cost reduction in tender offers price” is divided into a theoretical part and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the issue of public tenders, process theories of tenders and company’s ownership structure. The practical part explores the cost reduction in the already specified offer to a public tender. The aim of this work is a compilation of the checklist steps for the process of preparation contract in the offer stage, which could lead to a reduction in the cost price and increase the probability of success in the public tender.
The Study of Calculation System in Engineering Organization

The goal of the submitted thesis is to analyse and improve current costing methods in a chosen engineering company. The theoretical part is devoted to definition of notions – cost types, segmentation of cost and then contains summary of costing technique and costing method. The theoretical analyse is centered on questions about costing in engineering company. The practical part describes company, his organization structure, processes and his productions. Further in the practical part is created analyse of current way costing of order and innovation suggestion. In the conclusion is cognisance evaluation from analyse of costing method and recommendation for the company.
Market value and cost price of real estate

This thesis is focusing on market value and cost price of a real estate. The difference between the above-mentioned market value and cost price in relation to a specific real estate is emphasized. To regard and evaluate this difference a database of real estates was needed to be established. Building plots in the region of Opava with a planned construction of a detached house were chosen to establish this database. In all cases, the cost price of the structure and the future market value of the building plot with a completed building of the detached house was known. Based on the database, the main impact of each characteristic of the structure and the building plot on the difference in market value and cost price of particular real estates is evaluated in the main part of this thesis. In it’s last part this thesis comes to the application of ascertained conclusions on the problematic of municipalities management with municipal real estates in the most economical effective way.
