The economic result of the holding, depending on the price - poultry meat

This thesis deals with the development of poultry meat the development of prices and factors that influence them. The theoretical part discusses the importance of meat for humans and consumption of meat. Statistical methods and formulars, that we used in the practical part, are analysed in methodology. The conclusion deals with the final price of poultry meat and factors that influence the amount. Poultry meat satisfies the most important requirement of consumers - high quality for a low price. Nevertheless the price of poultry meat growth, in recent years. The reasons are further discussed in the practical part.
Trend of poultry meat consumption

ANOTATION This thesis deals with a consumption of poultry meat and its recent development in the Czech Republic and worldwide. It summarizes the reasons of its popularity between the consumers and assesses different types of the poultry meat and their share of the total consumption of the poultry meat between countries is also done. In the introduction the consumption of the poultry meat from 1948 fill now is summarized briefly. There are explained the reasons of the increasing consumption of the poultry meat. The importance of meat in our diet and the species of the poultry meat are given in the next section. The composition of the poultry meat and its basic components as water, proteins, lipids, vitamines and minerals are described in detail. Bigger part of the thesis is devoted to the consumption of the poultry meat. The consumption of the poultry meat in the Czech Republic and worldwide id compared here. In the end of the work the evaluation of the meaning of the poultry meat and its perspective in human nutrition is done.
