Consumer protection in hotels

Bachelor thesis is devoted to the analysis of knowledge of consumer rights and responsibilities of accommodation facilities in the Czech Republic. To achieve the main goal of the thesis was conducted a survey. Respondents were randomly selected among the general public. A secondary goal of this thesis is to analyze the legislation related to accommodation by providers.

Protecting the client in the insurance industry in Slovakia

This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of consumer's protection on the insurance market in Slovak Republic with a focus on financial mediation and financial counseling. This thesis is mainly focused on the analysis of the law for mediation and counseling on financial markets. The main goal of thesis is whether it is necessary to protect clients on the insurance market and how the new law changed the status of consumers.
