The building is intended for students and graduates of the university who have an innovative idea and need resources and space to implement it. It was necessary to create a multifunctional interior as the space can be used by students of different disciplines and majors. The land is located on the BUT campus between the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and the Dormitory under Palacký Hill. The building is located on the northwest corner of the site on the part that is the most level, or at least according to the possibilities that the very steep land offers. The main entrance to the building is located on the north from Technická Street. On the west side of the building is situated the entrance for supply halls. The building is three-storey with a flat green roof and occupies a U-shape. The administration building is the connecting part of the two groups of halls. The building consists of a column bearing system of reinforced concrete columns and beams. Porotherm ceramic blocks with plaster are used as infill masonry and in some places, they are provided with ventilated air gap with concrete facade panels. The basement is additionally provided with a reinforced concrete wall holding the terrain.
