Determination of price indicators of paved surfaces
Svobodová, Michaela ; Kosňovský, Michal (referee) ; Tuscher, Martin (advisor)
This bachelor thesis focuses on determining average indicators of prices, mass, and standard hours for paved surfaces per square meter. The theoretical part introduces the theory of ground communications, pricing, and budgets. The practical part describes the basic data of the selected category D0 A and describes all the subcategories for which itemized budgets are set. Data obtained from itemized budgets are analyzed and sorted into databases of prices, mass, and standard hours. The result is the evaluation of these databases and their application in practice on a model case. The databases can serve as a useful tool for public authorities, suppliers, investors, designers, and project managers.
Publication "Czech Masters of Rock Guitar" (analysis of selected compositions, medallions of authors)
HORÁKOVÁ, Petra
The bachelor thesis focuses on a publication entitled Czech Rock Guitar Masters. In the introductory part, I examine the domestic literature form the 90s. concerning rock guitar and point out the uniqueness of the publication in the context of the time. I then briefly introduce the lives of all the authors who contributed to the project and select three main ones to give more attention to. I present their personal lives and the most important milestones of their careers. In the last section I analyze one composition by each of the tree main authors and focus on harmonic aspects and guitar techniques. Finally, I explain the basic principles of guitar techniques found in the compositions and their proper use.
Enumeration of compositions with forbidden patterns
Dodova, Borjana ; Klazar, Martin (advisor) ; Jelínek, Vít (referee)
Enumeration of pattern avoiding compositions of numbers Abstract The aim of this work was to find some new results for 3-regular compositions, i.e., for those compositions which avoid the set of patterns {121, 212, 11}. Those compositions can be regarded as a generalization of Carlitz composition. Based on the generating function of compositions avoiding the set of patterns {121, 11} and {212, 11} we derive an upper bound for the coefficients of the power series of the generating function of 3-regular compositions. Using the theory of finite automata we derive its lower bound. We develop this result further by defining 3-block compositions. For the generating function of 3-regular compositions we prove a recursive ralation. Besides that we also compute the generating function of compositions avoiding the set of patterns {312, 321} whose parts are in the set [d]. In the last section we prove that the generating function of Carlitz compositions is transcendental.
Te Deum in a Bohemian music of the 18th century, edition of selected compositions, analysis
KUBA, Petr
The goal of this thesis is observing the functions that the setting of the text Te Deum laudamus had throughout the musical history, approximately since the fifteenth century. It examines the occasions for which the Te Deum was written by important composers of their times. The study focuses on Czech eighteenth-century music, addressing the lack of research in this period. Works of two important Czech composers of Classicism, Jan Zach and Vojtěch Jírovec, were chosen for edition, which consists in transcribing the works into today{\crq}s clefs and presenting them in scores. The study further deals with the form and style of the selected works.
