This bachelor thesis deals with issues of electronic commerce with a primary focus on customers. On the pieces of knowledge of the theoretical part is proposed electronic commerce strategy, which will improve better services for customers, increased competitiveness, but also improve the promotion and brand building. The bachelor thesis includes proposal of a strategy that will be beneficial not only for e-commerce, but for customers.
Verbal aggressiveness in discussion on the webside iDNES.cz

This thesis deals with verbal aggressiveness in internet discussions on the website iDNES.cz. It researches the course of communication between the participants of the discussions and it analyses their contribution from the stylistic and lexical point of view. The aim of this thesis is to find out in what manner the aggressiveness is expressed, what language devices the speakers use and where the aggressive behaviour and expressions occur most often. The study attempts to determine the reasons for this demeanour and whether it could be prevented. In its first part, the paper analyses internet discussions as a type of a communication process, studies its character and its relation to other kinds of communication. In its second part, it explores specific language devices that can be found in the discussions. The material used for the analysis is derived from the reporting section on the website iDNES.cz.
The Specifics of Young People's Informal Communication through the Internet

This bachelor thesis is focused on informal communication of young people via Internet and some of its specifications. The thesis is dividedinto a the oretical and a practical part. The theoretical part will be dealing with the variations of standard pronunciation in the area of morphology, syntax and vocabulary. The practical part is focused on monitoring of thiskind of communication on selected internet servers at three age groups: these are elementary schools tudents, high school students and college (university)students. The aim is to capture the typice features of this kind of communication at different level so flanguage, in cluding a reflection of spelling. It will be a revised bachelor thesis previously submitted for defense in the unsuccessful state final examination.
The specifics of speech from mothers with young children

This diploma thesis follows my bachelor thesis in which the mother slang was described. This diploma thesis is aimed at the performance of the mother speech research, i.e. the use of specific expressions and language resources used by mothers of small children in Internet discussions in relevant forums or web pages. The diploma thesis aims at creating a questionnaire and establishing five hypotheses. The first part of the thesis describes the methodology of this research, in the following part there are presented the data obtained by the questionnaire survey. The hypotheses are verified in the following section, and the hypothesis testing procedure is described here. The appendix includes the questionnaire and a table of critical values that specifies the data that are needed for verifying hypotheses.

Communication of mothers on the Internet

This bachelor thesis is focused on the collection of specific expressions and linguistic styles which are used by mothers on Internet forums. The bachelor thesis aims to create a kind of dictionary of maternal expressions on the Internet and also draw attention to other specifics of a mother´s speech. The first part of this work outlines the theoretical basis for the work and also the issue of slang in general. The practical part is based on data collected from various Internet portals and then categorized into thematic areas which follow the chronological development of the foetus and then a small child. The appendix includes a list of emoticons and an expanded list of abbreviations used in maternal debates, which are taken from a pregnancy card.
