Apartment building
Kyselák, Jan ; Lavický, Miloš (referee) ; Matějka, Libor (advisor)
The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the project documentation for the construction of an apartment building with nearly zero energy consumption. The plot is in the eastern part of the town of Třebíč, in a partially built-up area. The terrain slopes towards the southern side of the plot. The building is situated in the southeastern part of this plot. It is a standalone brick apartment building, topped with a flat roof covered with PVC-P membrane waterproofing. The building consists of two main rectangular blocks placed side by side, with their longer sides parallel to the local service road (Modřínová Street). A third smaller block forms the entrance to the roof. The building also features balconies on three sides. The apartment building has one underground floor and four above-ground floors, containing a total of 15 residential units. The underground floor includes a communal garage for 5 vehicles, utility facilities, and storage spaces. Additional storage spaces are located on the first above-ground floor, which also houses the main entrance to the building. The vertical structures are designed using the Porotherm system. The basement perimeter walls, and ceiling structures are made of monolithic concrete. The staircase is prefabricated with Schöck elements for impact sound insulation. The building has been assessed for fire safety and building physics.
