This bachelor's thesis is focused on optimizing internal logistics of company. Byliny Mikeš Ltd. . The theoretical part describes the basic methods for optimizing storage (Sanky diagram, the method of coordinates, storage capacity, ..). Application part is trying to answer three basic questions. Whether it is advantageous to operate the external warehouse in Protivin. If that is not, how to resolve the location of the new warehouse in the company premises. And the third question is focused on the expansion of buying center in the České Budějovice.

The using of logistic in warehouse economy of specific company

The bachelor thesis presents the analysis of warehouse economy of HP Tronic company, that is intent in major form on the trade with electric appliances. The thesis is divided into some parts. Mostly there are the subjects in sphere of purchase, sale, services and logistics. The main part of the thesis is intent on central warehouse and the function of warehouse economy. The thesis tries to solve the possibility of central warehouse expansion in Týniště nad Orlicí or its moving on another more acceptable place. As following they are proposed the prospective answers of single defects in warehouse economy. The end of the thesis is dedicated to complete conclusion of possible answers and their effect on warehouse economy and the whole company.

Concept of optimal warehousing technology by the selected industrial company

The thesis is themed central warehouse. At first the thesis deals with the storage task in theory, storage terms and in the end it brings results of the surveyed storage technology for supply of production at a specific selected industrial company and a change proposal. Division of the own storage process is proposed in the theoretical part. As a basic identification when describing the warehouse I have chosen the storage hardware and storage processes. By hardware element are meant especially fixtures necessary for storage, which are mainly the stored goods themselves, layout, technical equipment, computer software but also personnel. The software element can be generally described as a complex system of storage and consignment activities. The storage hardware term I have further divided into storage and stored. In the practical part these divisions are further analysed and specified using an example of a selected manufacturing corporation with emphasis on the storage system change proposal as well as a proposal for a new hardware arrangement, whereas the proposal is verified in the area of monitoring an implementation of similar changes in practice. Advantages and disadvantages of some elements and the proposed changes are discussed as well as further possible topics for an optimisation of the proposed central warehouse. In conclusion it is noted that a uniformity of storage outputs and balance of personnel productivity using standardisation of processes is a very important effect of the controlled storage system.
