The influence of the material base on the investment costs of public services buildings

The thesis focuses on the investment costs and the influences that affect the investment costs of amenity buildings in the segment of facilities for the elderly. The aim of the thesis is to determine whether the different material base has an impact on the investment costs of these buildings. A database of 22 completed buildings of facilities for the elderly in three different material bases is subjected to statistical testing and data analysis in terms of investment costs. During the testing, attention is also paid to other selected factors that affect the investment cost of amenity buildings. Subsequently, a budget indicator is proposed based on the tested database and the result of data analysis. This budget indicator is assessed with the commonly available budget indicator and further verified with the implemented buildings in the segment.
Cost analysis of building objects

The aim of the thesis is to analyse the costs of civil engineering structures in terms of their distribution according to construction or other parts. The first part of the thesis focuses on the cost analysis of sewer lines. The analysis is made on several dozen budgets of real sewer lines, where the technical parameters, economic parameters, parameters on debris generated and costing parameters are compared. From all numerical parameters, the minimum, maximum, average and median values are then evaluated. The next part of the thesis deals with the creation of budgets per 1 mb for excavation in grassed area, road and pavement. The budgets include certain parameters that were found from the previous analysis. The budgets created are then used to determine the change in total cost with changes in excavation depth and pipe diameter. Also, as these parameters change, the labour, the amount of debris removed, backfilling with reused and new soil, and disposal of excavated soil to the landfill are examined. The main purpose is to combine the comparison of all the parameters and find the optimal solutions. In the final stage, the prices of the individual sewer line budgets are compared with the price indicators.

This bachelor work aims to create a design and a study of minimal family house, which can be simply extended to other rooms or floors. The projects solve new construction of two single-storey houses and one double-storey house. In the theoretical part there can be found concepts such as budgets, costs, prices, project documentation and catalog houses. The practical part includes the study of family houses, itemized budgets and price offers that are contained in the annexes. The outcome of this work is to compare prices of all three houses depending on the enclosed area based on defined prices of itemized budgets. Other price comparison of the houses is done with the indicative price index for the single-storey houses, which is especially used in pricing of catalog houses.
