High standard detached house

The topic of the bachelor's thesis is a high standard detached house in Litomyšl, Záhraď. Terrain at the buidling site is almost flat and it is situated at periphery of the town. The house is designed as a separately standing, two-storeyed building and it is partly cellared. Horizontal structures are made of reinforced concrete, vertical structures are made of the Porotherm system. The whole roofing of the house is flat – one part is designed as a green roof and the rest is made of PVC foil weighted with gravel. All constructions correspond with the applicable ČSN standards.

The building is designed on sloping land in the village center Lubna. It will be connected to the public sewer system, the water supply, the gas pipeline and low-voltage network. The house is brick with a transverse construction system. It is quite cellared. It has a basement and two floors. The roof is a flat roof with a slope of 5 °.
