Greek debt crisis: the development from joining the Eurozone until 2015

This paper deals with the development of the Greek crisis from the moment its connect to the Eurozone until 2015. This paper examines the research question Have the provided financial assistance had a positive impact on the development of the Greek economy? The question is answered through the analysis of macroeconomic indicators, with an emphasis on these indicators - gross domestic product and development of the public debt relative to GDP. These two macroeconomic indicators are examined with respect to condition in the rules of the financial assistance. Outside alone macroenomic analysis of these indicators is also focused attention on the causes of the Greek crisis, as a reflection of the still available literature, which is also rather than on the actual course of the Greek crisis focuses on the analysis of their causes. The results present legislative framework for the foundation of provided financial aid to Greece. Overall, the paper provides the reader with a comprehensive assessment of the Greek crisis from its inception to the present, ie 2015. Powered by TCPDF (www.tcpdf.org)
Analysis US Monetary Policy between the years 2001-2005

With the extension and deepening of the financial and economic crisis, many views are directed to pre-crisis monetary policy of the central bank of the United States. This work is focused on the analysis of the value of federal interest rates in 2001-2005. The analysis is performed by using selected monetary policies - famous Taylor rule, McCallum rule and Gali rule. The work provides us with a comprehensive view of the interest rate compared with the outputs of these monetary rules.

ABSTRACT This bachelor´s thesis has got theoretical-empirical character. Theoretical part is divided into four chapters, the empirical part consists of one chapter. A list of literature and appendix complete this work.The first chapter is devoted to a crisis. It gives the definition of the term crisis and identification of reasons for such situation, explains the typology of various crises from several aspects. The second chapter concentrates on the course of crisis and on adaptation to the crisis in progress at different stages.Determinants affecting reaction to a crisis are mentioned here too. The third chapter is focused on the possibilities of both formal and informal.help in case of crisis. Special attention is paid to intervention in the course of crisis, i.e. to formal help in crisis, its different stages and forms. Important role in the course of crisis is played by an interventionist, a person working in crisis intervention. Therefore, one subchapter is devoted to the qualification and personality demands made on these people and the risks which the work of crisis interventionalist brings. Final theoretical chapter analyses the crisis originating from certain losses and crisis intervention during particular aspects of loss. Empirical part of this bachelor thesis is devoted to research oriented to getting information how the common adult population is informed about forms and possibilities of help and consultancy in crisis situation. The most extensive subchapter is devoted to the analysis and interpretation of established results of research work.
