Career Management in Relation to the Employee Appraisal System in a chosen Organization

The aim of the bachelor thesis on career management in relation to the employee appraisal system in chosen organization was to determine the current situation and the subsequent build career plan together with the evaluation system in the production planning department. The theoretical part provides basic definitions and assumptions and practical part starts with a description of XY, Ltd. and is followed by a chapter which deals with design career plan.

The goal of this work themed {\clqq}Business methods and styles in selected companies`` is to compare two managers` work methods on the same level of hierarchy in different companies. Financial services dealing firms Fincentrum a.s. and Partners a.s. were selected for this comparison. The minor goal of this work is to compare these two firms in general. Both are hard competitors. The market achievements of these companise are based on the work of their leaders. The focus was aimed to their carreer plans and the outcome is to decide, which firms provides better service for its consultants. The outcome of the directing style comparison is the decission, which of the managers apply more efective method of directing on their subordinates and confirmation of the {\clqq}democratic way of directing is more effective`` hypothesis. Its obvious from the comparison and analysis of both firms career plans, that Fincentrum a.s. provides better financial terms than Partners a.s. The second hypothesis was confirmed by that.
