KADLČKOVÁ, A. Barriers to entry into the Chinase market. Diploma thesis. Brno: MEN-DELU v Brně, 2021. The thesis presents a framework study of the current Chinese market environ-ment and identifies key barriers to entry into the Chinese market, especially from the perspective of Czech companies. The literature search summarizes the theo-retical knowledge concerning the internationalization process, including all relat-ed aspects. The introductory part of the thesis provides a basic overview of the characteristics of the People's Republic of China, its economic environment and also offers an analysis of frequent modes of entering the Chinese market. The fol-lowing part of the work systematizes the material obtained from data collection. The primary output of the work is a summary of the key barriers that during en-tering the market addressed Czech companies limited the most in the internation-alization process, how they tried to overcome them and what valuable recommen-dations and advice they shared in the research.

This bachelor thesis is aimed at the transformation of the legal form of a Limited Liability Company (LLC) into a Joint Stock Company (JSC). It draws comparisons between several forms of business ownership, their advantages and disadvantages. With the change of the legal form of the business, there are certain legal steps which are needed to be processed, so that the transformation could have been done successfully. In the bachelor thesis I would like to stress out these single steps, which are needed to be done, in order to accomplish the transformational process effectively.

The business negotiation with a Finnish partner

The thesis discusses the business negotiation with a Finnish partner. The first part is dedicated to the characteristic of the Republic of Finland and its contemporary environment. The second part is devoted to the main elements of the Finnish culture and society. The third part includes the information about the business negotiation in Finland. The last part involves the practical research on the business negotiation with a Finnish partner whose participants were the Czech firms exporting to Finland. The research was proceeded through the questionnaire.

The Bachelor Thesis is focused on business negotiation with South Koreans. The aim of the work is to analyze factors influencing business negotiating. There are issues from general geographic, historic and politic areas as well as social-cultural characteristics. Understanding of originality of Korean national specifics and sensitive perception of cultural differences is necessity for creation of perspective business partnership with this country. The work is divided into 4 parts: 1st Basic facts about country, 2nd Korean culture, 3rd Business negotiation, 4th Comparison of Korean business negotiation with the most powerful business partners. The fundament of successful International business negotiation is willingness to understand the partner's opinions and different points of view. Without this attitude is practically impossible to reach effective long-term business partnership and mutual satisfaction.
