The building savings as a saving product

The bachelor thesis is focused on building savings as a savings product. The work summarises the characteristic of the product and it also examines the rate of return on investment for sparing clients. It explores not only the best choice of a building and loan association but also the optimalization of profitability from building savings that clients can gain because of the right parameter setting and appropriate money saving. The targets of the bachelor thesis are creating a quality instrument for accounting the internal rate of return for all building and loan associations, comparing the internal rate of return using this instrument and finding out the parameters which influence the internal rate of return.
Analysis of changes in the building savings sector

This thesis is focused on building savings as a financial product suitable to evaluate the savings. The main topic was to analyze the effect of changes in law novels of the building savings on financial subjects in Czech market and impact on clients contracting at different times under different conditions. A sub-objective was to examine the profitability of products provided by building and loan association. The thesis is divided into an explanatory theory of the product itself and its history. Legislative change, including implemented amendments is mentioned in this thesis. The practical part examines the impact of changes to building and loan associations and clients.
Comparative analysis of positions of different institutional types active in the banking sector in the Czech Republic

The major goal of this work is to compare positions of different institutional types active in the banking sector in the Czech Republic. The emphasis is being given to the description of gradual mutual convergence and interactions of particular institutional types in the context of changes undergoing in a transition economy since 1990. The second part of this work analyses the framework for the operation of different institutional types and compares their positions against clients, owners and supervisor. The last part of the work is a comparative analysis of economic indicators for each institutional type in the context of changes in the market and legal environment since 2004.
