Design of Automatic Ski Servis Machine
Jun, Michal ; John, David (referee) ; Rubínová, Dana (advisor)
The topic of this thesis is the design of an automated machine for repairing skis and snowboards. The main objectives are to conceptually change the way in which ski and snowboard skis and edges are repaired and thus make the whole machine noticeably smaller. Another equally important goal is to address the machine in terms of ergonomics, design and the technology used. A number of concepts were drawn up, from which the final version was selected. This variant was also designed in detail. For the selected variant, a new way of attaching the ski or snowboard was designed, as well as a system for fixing and moving the machine modules. The designed machine is suitable for smaller ski centres and ski areas and acts as a machine for a complete edge and slide repair, but also as an object that can be used to present the ski area or ski centre.
