Hodnocení vlivu složení krmné směsi na změnu biochemických parametrů krevní plazmy brojlerových kuřat
Šmalcová, Kateřina
The diploma thesis entitled "Evaluation of the influence of the composition of the feed mixture on the change in biochemical parameters of the blood plasma of broiler chickens" deals with the composition of the feed mixture and its effects on the internal environment and growth performance of broiler chickens. The aim was to develop a literature search on the topic of feeding broiler chickens and the biochemical parameters of blood plasma. Furthermore, check whether the supplemented feeding doses of milk thistle (Sylibum marianum L.) and the commercially produced preparations Presan - FY and Selko pH affect the indoor environment’s growth intensity and parameters. In the experiment, 3 control weighings and one final weighing were carried out, in which the actual increase was determined. Next, blood was taken into a tube with heparin, from which blood plasma was obtained for analysis of biochemical parameters. The data obtained from the analysis were statistically evaluated and statistically significant. A statistically significant difference was noted in the concentration of total bilirubin between groups O and K (p<0.05), but also between groups O and P (p<0.01), and there was also a statistically significant difference in the concentration of glucose between groups P and O (p<0.001) and also between P and K (p<0.01). The catalytic concentration of glutathione peroxidase was statistically significant between the O and P groups (p<0.05). There was a statistically significant difference in beta-hydroxybutyrate concentration between groups P and O (p<0.001), but also between groups P and K (p<0.05). Phosphorus concentration was statistically significant between K and O groups (p<0.01) and cholesterol concentration had a significant difference between O and K groups (p<0.001) and between O and P groups (p<0.05). There was a statistically significant difference in the concentration of non-esterified fatty acids between groups O and K (p<0.001), but also between groups O and P (p<0.05). Lactate dehydrogenase concentration was statistically significant between O and P groups (p<0.05) and creatine kinase level was statistically significant between O and K groups (p<0.01). It can be seen from the work that supplementation according to the methodology of the experiment influenced the growth intensity, the results of the measurements of the monitored environment of the animals and also the parameters of the inner environment of broiler chickens.
Vliv probiotických krmných aditiv na výživu výkrmových brojlerů
SLUNEČKO, Jiří
This work deals with the effect of adding feed probiotic additives to the nutrition of broiler chickens. The aim of the work was to determine the effect of probiotic feed additives on the fattening of broiler chickens. The work was processed in the agricultural enterprise ZS Dynín a.s., where the necessary data for comparison were obta-ined. The data were always recorded for each group at the end of fattening and, after the end of fattening, the last group was sorted and compared between the groups without probiotics and the groups to which probiotic additives were presented. In this work, 3 proposals of feed mixtures were fed, which fed broiler chickens. To estimate the survival function, we used a non-parametric estimate of the maximum probability, more specifically we used the Kaplan-Meier estimate, where a higher sur-vival rate of 0.97 was found in the group of chickens that were presented with probiotics and prebiotics. Furthermore, the data were evaluated using a onefactor anova and tukey test, which compared the groups from the average weight of chickens, confiscation, average nutrient conversion and fattening efficiency index. The highest effect of probiotics was found in confiscation and IEV. The fattening efficiency index (IEV) expresses the level of fattening and is characterized mainly by its length, feed consumption per 1 kg live weight, achieved live weight and percentage of chicken deaths.
Vyhodnocení emisí amoniaku z chovu drůbeže ve vybraném zemědělském podniku
HUCEK, Jiří
This diploma thesis deals with pollutants that escape into the air during intensive breeding of broiler chickens. The biggest polluter is ammonia gas, which mainly results in the creation of the greenhouse effect and thus contributes to global warming. Many scientists are working on ways to reduce this unwanted gas, and are therefore developing modern stables technologies for all types of livestock on intensive farms. The final work evaluates the production of emissions from broiler farming. In particular, the evaluation of the annual ammonia emissions and the reduction of the production of this gas in the selected agricultural holding. The measurement was performed at the private agricultural company ZEFA Nová Pec, spol. s r. o. in the broiler chicken farm, located near Strunkovice nad Blanicí.
Vliv probiotických krmných aditiv na výživu výkrmových brojlerů
SLUNEČKO, Jiří
The main aim of this Bachelor's thesis is to describe farming of broilers and their nutrition that is focused on probiotics. Probiotics in poultry nutrition is very important after hatching. Nourishment between hatching and growing is necessary. If something is neglected in this period of time, it can have negative impact on broilers development and their production. Probiotics are revolutionary supplements that are necessary in nutrition of both animals and adults. Probiotics can be successfully used as nutrition tools in poultry feeds for promotion of growth and health of broilers.
Analysis of the production of broiler chickens on the farm Agro Čejetice

Production of poultry meat in the Republic and in the world has upward trend. This is primarily due to the highly fattening ability, reproductive short interval, dietetic properties of meat and good efficiency of conversion of feed nutrients. Every year across the European Union is produced about 9,6 billion broiler chickens. Broiler chicknes are specialized type of chicken bred and consume for meat. In a global comparison of the largest share of the production of poultry meat is provided by the United States and countries of the European Union. Czech Republic belongs to the volume of production to less dynamically developing countries. Chicken meat is cheaper than the other kinds of meat and this has significantly increased its market share. This is due to the fact that chicken meat contains many valuable protein and its cuisine is very simple. The subject of the master thesis was to evaluate selected influences on increment of broiler chickens in the farm Agro Čejetice s.r.o. in a time sequence of five years (2008-2012). The thesis was focused on the index calculation and observation of the effectiveness of the fattening period during each batch and on detailed observation of growths and loss in each of the locations. Also on the consumption of KKS and link to average selling weight of chicks.

Production of poultry meat in the Republic and in the world has upward trend. This is primarily due to the highly fattening ability, reproductive short interval, dietetic properties of meat, good efficiency of conversion of feed nutrients and by independences food production of soil. Every year across the European Union is produced about 5.9 billion broiler chickens. The subject of my bachelor´s dissertation was to develop a literature search and analysis of broiler production in the farm Čejetice Agro Ltd. Collection of input data was realised in chronological period of 3 years (2008-2010). The dissertation is focused on the gains of broiler chickens and the consumption of complete feed in this company.
