Pension for the elderly
Nykodým, Petr ; Třeštíková, Jana (referee) ; Berková, Petra (advisor)
The subject of my diploma thesis is the design documentation for the pension which is designed for the elderly and will be supplemented with a specialty from the air-conditioning branch. The building is situated in the western part of the town Bystřice nad Pernštejnem and it's located at 3058/3 about the total area of 8315,2m. The total footprint of the suggested building is 1161,2 m. The subject has got an irregularly-shaped floor plan. It is made of three subsequent triangels, it has got three above-ground floors with partial basement. The roof of the building is suggested as a warm flat roof with coating insulation. The structural system of a building is designed as longitudinal with shear walls. The exterior building masonry is suggested from sharpened clay blocks Heluz STI 40 with thickness 400 mm. The contact thermal insulation system ETICS with an insulant from EPS with thickness 100 mm is designed for all building. The building for the elderly is from its bigger part meant for citizens who are older than 65 years in the flats for one or two persons in 2FLR and 3FLR. The space for essential services to the residents is located on the 1st FLR. There are also a cafe and a surgery located in a smaller part of the 1st FLR, which are to be used both by the residents and the public.
Steel structures of boiler and engine rooms
Krompolc, František ; Melcher, Jindřich (referee) ; Karmazínová, Marcela (advisor)
A steel construction, divided into two parts, was designed for the building object of a production block of a bio power plant. The two parts separate the boiler room and the engine room. Due to the specific load caused by the operation equipment, also several plateaus, consoles, footbridges and technological constructions were designed. A system of principal pillars HEB, transversely frame-connected with plane solid girders IPE, forms the hall construction. Pillars in rows 1 and 4 are rigidly jointed to foundations. A bearing structure of the roof deck is imposed on the girders. It is composed of a system of purlins – rolled profiles type UPE. The rigidity of the roof is secured by horizontal bracing between the purlins. The construction of the boiler room is attached to the construction of the engine room, which is formed of frame-connected principal pillars HEB in rows 4,7 and 8. The roof truss IPE is designed for 12 900 mm span between rows 4 and 7 and for 4 800 mm between rows 7 and 8. The spatial rigidity of the structure is not only secured by the rigid connection of pillars and foundation combined with the frame-connected roof rungs. It is mainly maintained thanks to the system of vertical wall bracings interacting with the horizontal bracing of the roof. Between the pillar rows B, C, D, E, F and G and 8 to 9 a construction of a substation is attached. In the engine room is situated technological structure. The construction is formed by supporting frames consisting of pillars type HEA, rungs type IPE and HEA and vertical bracing of rolled profiles. Pillars type HEA are connected to foundation using articulated connection. The rigidity of the structure is secured both ways by vertical bracing and by the connection of the plateau beams with the hall girders.
Biomass boiler in gas heating plant
Červeňak, Dušan ; Skála, Vladimír (referee) ; Skála, Zdeněk (advisor)
This thesis describes the design of boilers for wood chips in a gas boiler house. Consisting of boiler house design from concept design suitable heat source to design components necessary for the proper functionality of the boiler house. Part of thesis is compilation of a functional diagram and design of possible solutions.
School
Filla, Josef ; Sláma, Ludvík (referee) ; Mohelníková, Jitka (advisor)
The thesis aims to project documentation stage for the execution of the project. It is an object of school for first and second grade. Documentation is prepared on the basis provided architectural studies. The building is situated on the flat, gently sloping land. The work consists of drawing and text documentation, evaluation of thermal, structural and acoustic and lighting requirements for construction, fire safety design of the building. The work includes specialized project on HVAC - heating namely, draft power and boiler room layout and design of concrete structures specialized namely design and dimensioning of cross continuous reinforced slab.
Reconstruction the boiler room PBS Velka Bites
Filoušová, Natálie ; Fiedler, Jan (referee) ; Baláš, Marek (advisor)
This bachelor thesis deals with aggregate reconstraction the boiler room PBS Velká Bíteš and includes economic assessment of this reconstruction. The first part completes the earlier and old condition of the boiler room and ecological situation with insufficient cleaning of the combustion products. The short section is about czech legislation in area of emissions and emissions limits. Afterwards are analysed variations of the reconstruction and instalation of cogeneration unit too. Conclusion is comprised by economic evaluation of the variation of natural gas boilers and of natural gas boilers with cogeneration.
Design of the heat source of the local district heating system
Svobodová, Veronika ; Skála, Zdeněk (referee) ; Pospíšil, Jiří (advisor)
The diploma thesis is focused on district heat supply, heat sources, machinery and safety equipment of boiler rooms. The main goal of the thesis is to modernize parts of the heat sources with the respective boiler room equipment in accordance with the latest available technology. The generated thermal energy is used for heating or hot water production for residential and non-residential buildings in the vicinity of the boiler room. In the theoretical part, the thesis focuses in more detail on boiler rooms, specifically on heat energy sources, machinery and safety equipment of boiler rooms, system ventilation and combustion exhaust. The findings are applied in the design of the new boiler room layout. It is followed by a detailed description of the current state of the boiler room and heat networks. An essential part of the work is the assessment of layout of the current heat sources and the creation of a new design for the replacement of insufficient sources and related equipment. The last goal is an economic overview of the designed project solution.
Monitoring system of boiler room
Navrátil, Marek ; Valach, Soběslav (referee) ; Bradáč, Zdeněk (advisor)
Thisdiplomathesisdealswiththedesignofamonitoringsystemforsolidfuelboilers. The first describes the sensors most commonly used in boilers room including a description of the principle of operation. The main content of the thesis is the design of the own boiler monitoring system. First the appropriate structure of the entire system is selected followed by the detailed design of individual parts of the device electronic wiring and selection of suitable sensors. The result of the thesis is the basis for the production of the proposed device and created service program.
Solutions of engine rooms at heat sources
Macík, Ondřej ; Vyhlídalová, Karolína (referee) ; Počinková, Marcela (advisor)
The content of diploma thesis is a solution for heating and warm water preparation with application of an experimental measuring. My experimental measuring is experimental block. The block unifies parts of heating in boiler room in one system. The main object of this diploma was to learn to control the block and to measure important working status. In the second part was applied in first variant normal connection of boiler and in second variant was applied the block. The teoretical part is description of normal connection of boiler and development from other block systems to experimental block.
