The aim of this work is to describe dependencies between sports related employee benefits and quality of life in the selected company with a large share of workers with sedentary jobs. One part of the work contains a personality poll and a questionnaire survey. Conclusions of this work contains recommendations for implementation of benefits leading to improvement of health and quality of life of employees with sedentary jobs.
