Analysis of the Supply of Biofood in Outdoor Boarding

The principal aim of my bachelor{\crq}s thesis was an analysis of organic food offer at several restaurants in the region of České Budějovice. In literature retrieval I put brain to study of special literature and sources available from Internet. In this part I focused on defining of marketing research, organic food, ecological (sustainable) agriculture, principles of ecological agriculture, legislature and marking of ecological agriculture products. At the last part of my literature retrieval I put my mind to comparing of secondary data for three years 2006, 2007 and 2008 relating to production, distribution and consumption of organic food. In practical part of my bachelor{\crq}s thesis I put my brain to marketing research, data processing and solution proposal.
