Influence of mining and preparation of uranium ore surroundings Dolní Rožínka on biodiversity and landscape character

Mining and preparation of uranium ore belong to the fields of human activity which significantly affect – both directly and vicariously – geosystem of landscape. The abiotic environment changes (landforms, both physical and chemical properties of soil and water, topoclimate) alongside with biotopes and biodiversity. Locally the landscape character noticeably changes.
Interpretation of changes of biodiversity and cultural landscape in the part of drainage area of Svratka river

Work treat of sense of conservation of nature and landscape in specific part of drainage area of river Svratka. The ground forms a part of drainage area of rivers Loučka and Libochůvka. Specific feature of landscape is mild broken topography with deep riverine valley. The ground finds on meaningful boundary-line of termophyticum and mesophyticum, this fact and riverine phenomenon implicates big biodiversity.
Biodiversity changes and cultural landscape character changes during the 20th century on model Tišnov catastre

In the example of cadastre of small Moravian town of Tišnov, which developed without influences of significant natural and anthropogenic disturbances, was found that during the 20th century was residential area 5 times enlarged, but number of inhabitants increased just 2,7 times. CA 50 species of plants and 20 species of animal were lost. Landscape character of garden town was also significantly changed.
Contribution to understanding the development and change of plant and animal biogeocenose components on the example of selected areas in the Moravian Karst

Synchronous research of plant and animal biogeocenose components proceeded on the net of testing areas in the Moravian Karst since the half of 70-ies of the last century. Analogous investigation on selected 7 areas was repeated after nearly 30 years, in 2004. Vegetation survey confrontation has proved certain changes in the wood and herbal layer, the comparative research of model animal groups has shown the gradual growing of species diversity.
