The influence of temperature and hydration on the long term stability of the buffer material
Švandová, Jana ; Přikryl, Richard (advisor) ; Galamboš, Michal (referee) ; Havlová, Václava (referee)
The influence of temperature and hydration on the long term stability of the buffer material was studied during two experimental studies - "Mock-Up-CZ" experiment and "Long-term stability of engineering barriers" project. The objectives of these studies is to identify mineralogical, chemical and geochemical changes and describe transformation processes in the bentonite materials due to heating and interaction with various saturation media (with different chemical composition) under controlled laboratory and in situ conditions. The Rokle bentonite suitability for its use in the Czech deep repository of high-level radioactive waste was investigated. Mineralogical changes in the bentonites were evaluated by X-ray diffraction. The material of the barrier of the Mock-Up-CZ experiment is a mixture of nonactivated Rokle bentonite (85 vol.%), quartz sand (10 vol.%) and graphite (5 vol.%). The barrier has been subjected to thermal stress (up to 90 řC) and synthetic granitic water for 45 months. No sample from 70 analysed samples taken at different depth levels and distances from the source of the heat and/or water showed measurable transformation of original smectites. Newly formed gypsum bordered by illite aureole was detected in the upper part of the experimental set-up (backfill samples), i.e. in the...

Desin of new technologies for invert grouting of masonry sewer
Dolák, Martin ; Melichar, Tomáš (referee) ; Drochytka, Rostislav (advisor)
The subject of this work is to find optimal grouting mixture for repairing existing brick sewer with insistence on ecological modesty. Secondary raw and waste materials will be evaluated as a partial replacement of good-quality materials, that are commonly used. Production wastes for which is after necessary adjustment found usage in another sphere of production are named secondary raw materials. In the end will be made a selection of appropriate secondary raw materials for a project of new technology of back grouting identified for repairing currently used brick sewers.
Vliv různých metod odkalení na vlastnosti moštu a vína
Licek, Josef
This bachelor thesis deals with the juice clarification and its effect on properties of must and wine. The theoretical part describes the influence of clarification on composition of wine, colloidal stability and fermentation kinetics. Further the various methods of clarification and their advantages and disadvantages are described. The experimental part is devoted for description of the experiment and evaluates the results. In the experiment, the juice was clarified using three different treatments: flotation, seetling and seetling with addition of bentonite. The clarified juice and wine were analyzed, simultaneously the sensory analysis was made. Based on the results, we can say that the juice clarification has a major effect on purity and structure of wine.
Porovnání enologických přípravků na bílkovinou stabilitu u bílých vín
Čuta, Jaromír
The topic of this thesis is the comparison of oenology agents for white wines, focusing on protein stability. The theoretical part of the work describes proteins in wine and common hazes in wine. Next the methods of protein hazes and fining of wine. Finally was described commercially available agent, such as bentonite. This work, in experimental part, analyses fourteen commercial clearing agents available on our market. Bentonite were used at different doses in an unfined white wine and their efficiency was observed. The tested samples were stored at same temperatures. The wine was stored for a period of fourteen days. At the end of the period all the samples underwent laboratory analysis. The results were statistically processed and evaluated with recommendations for practice.
Porovnání bílkovinné stability u bílých vín
Sabo, Jozef
Thesis deals with comparing the protein stability of white wines. The aim of this thesis is to compare the stability of the proteins for seven particular varieties of the white wines using sodium-calcium bentonite Puranit. Size of the batch 150 g / l of the bentonite was used in the research. Theoretical part are briefly described the nitrogen substances, individual factors effect in the condensation of the proteins, the impact of aging of the wine on the soft feces on its protein stability, opportunities of the using the fining enological agent - bentonite, silicic acid salts, gelatin, tannin, isinglass. The thesis are characterized individual in the research applied the varieties of the white wines. In the practical part is detailed described the procedure of the carried out the experiment, the individual results are reported in the table and graphs. Research showed that after application of the bentonite is significantly changed the protein stability of individualt types of the wine.

Using of 3D printed patterns for mass production of castings on "green sand" moulding lines
Vašek, Vojtěch ; Lauermann, Jaroslav (referee) ; Horáček, Milan (advisor)
Shortening of the time required to make first product after demand is a crucial factor in every field of industry, not excluding the foundry. To lower this delay, there are rapid prototyping methods. The aim of this thesis is to execute an experiment and then evaluate possibilities of using patterns made by 3D FDM printer on an automatic molding line.
