Pohnanová, Petra ; Hnát, Pavel (advisor) ; Sudliankou, Aliaksandr (referee)
In my thesis I'm looking for the answer to current and future prospects of integration processes in the Arab world. The aim of my work is to determine whether is for the emergence of effective economic integration in the Arab world sufficient religious, social and cultural proximity. The first chapter is devoted to the demographic structure, the influence of Islam on the economy, the distribution of mineral wealth in the region, trade of individual Arab states and economic development in the past 20 years. Based on these data should be clear if the Arab region has the potential to deepen their economic integration. The second chapter will deal with individual agreements in North Africa and the Middle East and prospects for all-Arab economic integration, which is being born in the region.
