Hillová, Nikol ; Kocian, Matúš (advisor) ; Prokeš, Josef (referee)
This thesis is from the field of applied ethics. The aim of this thesis is to explain problematics of animal presence in the zootherapeutic process. This type of therapy doesn't have a legislative basis in the Czech Republic. There aren't uniform conditions and provisions that must be followed during do animal assisted therapy. This situation causes problems for zootherapists, animals and other therapy participants.
