Business Plan

This thesis deals with business plan. Theoretical part of this thesis defines basic terms related with entrepreneurship and covers business plan elements based on available professional literature. Practical part encompasses a particular business plan for starting a café in a students dorm. To identify potential opportunities, threats, strengths and weaknesses of this business plan analysis has been performed based on which particular strategies for successful project realization are provided. As a result of conducted marketing research essential information about target market consumer behavior has been gathered and appropriate marketing strategy has been decided. Subsequently to the performed analysis a finance plan is compiled, considering three scenarios of café attendance: optimistic, realistic and pessimistic. A practical usage of a net present value, internal rate of return and payback period to evaluate the considered investment follows. In the business plan conclusion project risks are identified and suitable measures for their elimination are suggested. This thesis aims at economical evaluation of the considered business plan.
Transfer of production to China

The thesis is focused on transfer of production to China. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the potential of China from the perspective of companies and investors, and on the example of the international company to highlight not only the traditional ways of entering the Chinese market, but also the specific method that considers the needs of manufacturing companies. Thesis also contains the assessment of competitiveness of the Chinese economy, cultural differences and comparison of the various forms of entering the Chinese market. The practical part is focused on the analysis of enterprise from the polygraphic industry which has transferred part of its assembly processes to China. Conclusion contains recommendations for further development of the company on the Chinese market.
Competitivness of the Czech manufacturing sector in the context of global value chains

The thesis analyzes competitiveness of the Czech manufacturing industry in the context of global value chains using data from the OECD TiVA database in years 2000, 2005, 2008 and 2009. The main aim of this work is to highlight the importance of global value chains and outline how the Czech Republic can increase its added value within them. In order to fulfill this objective, the theoretical part explains the importance of global value chains in modern manufacturing industry. In the practical part, five selected industries of the Czech manufacturing sector are compared with the respective industries in Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Germany and Sweden using indicators of the added value and productivity of production factors. The last section describes the implications and recommendations for the Czech Republic.
Low-cost airlines and their position in the Iternational market

The bachelor thesis deals with the position of low-cost airlines in the Iternational market. The aim of the thesis is to find out if the low-cost airlines are able to compete with traditional airlines. The main part is consist of SWOT Analysis, comparison of net profit/loss, number of passengers, operating income/expenses, basic activities and services of two representatives of traditional and low-cost airlines. The information and data of British Airways and EasyJet were used for the analysis and comparison.
Analysis of the competitive insurance market.

The work process analysis of the competitive insurance market life insurance in the Czech republic. There are comparison of three insurance companies, which are offering life insurance: Pojišťovna České spořitelny, Kooperativa and CSOB pojišťovna. As the processing methods of analysis are used: Porter, marketing questionnaire and SWOT analysis.
Analyses of the competitiveness of the company

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the competitiveness analyses of the company. On the basis of acquired informatics I carried out financial analyses of the company. This part of my thesis covers the company´s assets and liabilities, the value of woodland, receivables, cost and profits. I was also interested in the area of the human resource managemenent. For analyses of HR I used the checklist examination for gaining useful information. On the basis of the results I carried out a SWOT analyses and beside the evaluation of the internal environment I realized the evaluation of the external environment by means of the Step analyses and the other methods.
Analyse of services of Tourism in Podblanicko

Tourism region Podblanicko is an interesting place and it can offer many attractivities of tourism for the visitors. It was investigated on the basis of an analysis of this region. It was made an analysis of Tourism services (accommodation-, catering- and transport services) in this region. Some visitors of this region were questioned (250 respondents). There is a good quality and capacity of accommodations, but the most of tourists use acommodation by their relatives or by friends. They don{\crq}t prefer hotels or pensions. Many of visitors don{\crq}t use any accommodations service {--} they are spending only one day in the region. It{\crq}s necessary to present this region completely with all tourism targets. It can bring more money for a progress of the destination Podblanicko.
